    Good evening ladies

Some super duper losses going on :T ....well done everyone...

Well I might not have made it to the gym this morning(got confuddled thinking they opened 8-10am for the squaddies and then after that for the rest of us)-BUT hubby dropped me off there at 5:30pm and went to his office to check his e-mails and then picked me up and hour later to go shopping ..so thats an hour done on the treadmilll and bike -I did 9km on the bike...I wondered what was going on as my ickle legs kept going faster and faster and then I realised I was keeping the rhythm of the Gurka chap in front of me on the treadmill :rotfl:the faster he went the faster I went :p
The bonus was that I checked out the times on the doors and it seems that they open at 7am for all of us :j-which means I can get a lift in with hubby on his way to work when I want to go (which was my plan) :D

righty-ho here is my Red meal plan for today:-
    • 28g oats (B) + 1 crispbread **
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • mixed berries
    • banana
    • apple
    • tuna - bashed with :-
    • quark
    • balsamic
    • spring onions
    • 2 crispbreads (1.5+**)
    • big salad
    • gherkins
    • beetroot
    • activia lemon (2.5)
    • prawns
    • 198g potato (B) -wedged in
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5)
    • salad as above
    • peaches
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 crunch corner(4)
So thats 2A+2Bs and 9syns accounted for...

This week Im going to be tweaking things a little -well -Im going to STOP saving a heB for a fibre plus bar every evening for a start.... I think Im getting a bit reliant on them and so Im going to cut them down ... and Im going to try and use my Bs for meals more often...
right thats far too much waffle from me...
have a lovely night all and keep up the great work :D

Hi Lisa, could you throw an apple or a couple of tangerines down your throat, if you are peckish? Only there's hardly any superfree in what you ate today (banana, tomatoes, pickled onion/gherkin)

I've just had my tea which was half salad including some homegrown tomatoes and beetroot :D. Goes to polish her halo........!

Hi - it's so nice reading all your posts and getting your enthusiasm out of them!
Had a goodish 1st day - went to the gym this afternoon and did 30 minutes on the bike and 40 minutes toning and weights. I am a bit cheesed off as I did a 10k race on the 1st of August and damaged my achilles in the training and am now on light duties til it is better and it is frustrating the heck out of me. Believe it or not I was anti gym and anti running until a couple of years ago, and have only really 'got' running this summer! I have a trainer at the gym who 'gets' me and bullies me in a good way. I can't believe I am sounding like a gym bunny, but I really want to get back into running but keep trying to do things too quickly. Hey ho.
Anyhow - am planning to make my first batch of dynorod soup so wish me luck!!
Well done to all the losers this week.

    Back on track today:

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

    L - wm roll , s/cream [.5], lettuce, cue, tom

T - sw chips [skins on], 2 quorn sausages, dry roasted whole onion, toms, beans, oil spray [2], s/cream [.5]

Snacks - fibre plus , muller, pineapple, melon, wild plums [picked this morning], forgot meringue again

    Syns - 4

Managed 3 HEbs but only 1 HEa, oh well.

Went with son & hubby for training session, I did the cardio workout this time walking the dog. He spent the whole walk 'searching' for the others, which made it a hell of a walk for me. Trying to keep him under control when hes coiled like a spring is damn hard work. Watching him streak across the pitch when let off is fun though, have to shout 'incoming' as a heads up or he'd knock them flying :rotfl:.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Good morning lovely ladies,

I have been reading but not posting for a few days, didn't have anything to say. You are all doing so well.

I only lost 1/2 lb at class last night, not sure what happened there. (I even had a trip to Ikea and didn't even have any meatballs and chips :() but it has given me determination to do better this week.

Someone a few posts back mentioned taking knitting to class, that is a good idea, I have some crocheting to do and it is only squares so easy to take, I am going to do that next week.

Our class was really fun last night. We had a little competition and at first I thought: Oh no, it turned out fun and informative. She gave each team points for recipes, each pound lost, for bringing a friend or sharing a story etc and for giving a recipe. And reasons for losing weight or not losing weight. It made a change from the happy clappy stuff anyway.

Mrs Mc, and others, it amazes me how you know what you are going to eat in advance. I wish I could be like that. I decide what I am in the mood for and what I have but I am going to try and be a bit more organised this week and plan ahead, even if it is just a day.

Have a great day everyone. Be good :A

    Hi

    mumoftwo

I know 1/2lb doesn't seem like much but it is still a loss:D Sounds like you had fun at class, I don't attend one myself as I can't really justify the cost, but I would love to tbh.

I have tried to sit down and meal plan a few times this week, but haven't really managed it:o I do have a range of SW freindly food in though so will try to make some kind of plan. I will get more chance to do it for next week as the kids are back to school on Thursday, and I will sit down and do it while ds3 has a nap (assuming i'm not feeding the baby:p) It is just mayhem here atm:p

I am going for a green day today

    B - Weetabix(HEb), Banana, Mlk(HEa)
L - Jacket potato, Beans, Cheese(HEa, Fruit and yoghurt.
    D - Beef(HEb) Mash, Veg, Gravy(syns), Cheesecake (9 syns)

    Snacks(if needed) - fruit
    Drinks - Squash, tea, water

Need to go docs and take the boys to the barbers today.....so will get a good walk in:)

    xx

sorry i've not been around for the past wee while, unfortunately me and my fiance of 5 years have split up so my head has been like mush and the last thing on my mind is slimming world (or even eating if i'm totally honest) although every cloud and all that as the breakup diet is working marvellously at the moment.

hopefully catch up at some point. x
