I can't believe how easy I am finding this....much easier than last time tbh. Last time (back in 2008) I basically only did green days, easy extra didn't exist then either, as I could never get the hang of red days, this time, in my first week, I have done 1 x EE, 3 x Green, 2 x Red and 1 x naughty day off plan;) I am absolutely loving it:D
I must admit I'm not struggling like I have in the past when Ive done it ......maybe Im just in a better frame of mind and REALLY want it this time?? Ive only gained one week - and that was when I didnt go to the loo for a whole week (ouch) when my new meds wrecked my system) Ive even managed up to 1.5 off on *wk (never done that on previous attempts)
I almost always do EE tho....Its just easier for me to fit things in when Ive got so many hospital appts at so many different flipping hospitals (OH treats me to an eat out usually on the way back if its a late one for being a good girl lol) carverys are FAB on EE. But when Ive got raging PMT I sometimes crave just a plate of kiddie food like chips & beansso green days do come in great then

Hi everyone, I had a week off work last week with hubby so wasn't around much to post, then I've been away for the weekend, back today though and hoping to catch up (there have loads of posts though so I'm not sure how I'll manage that). Also trying to get back on track after an over indulgent weekend with some lovely friends. I did manage to lose a pound at last Thursdays WI but I'm pretty sure I'll have gained AT LEAST that after the weekend, hey ho, these things happen and we did have a fab time. Anyways better try and catch up, keep smiling everybody. When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

We didn't have it in class last week, so I suspect it isn't released to the "public" until all the classes have received it- there ARE bonuses to being real life members
(actually I just realised this week is the last week I can claim my "free" week for getting my 10% bodyweight off - that was back in May and you have to keep it off for ten weeks):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Mmmmmmm, I lurve bubbly choccie
Weigh-in for me tonight & I lost 0.5 lb - bit disappointed in that tbhI know it's better than a gain but..........
EE today:
B - strawbs, banana & yoghurt
L - pasta/salmon/onion/cheese triangles (HEA) combo followed by clem & apple
D - chilli (loads of superfree veg in it) with mashed potato
Syns - wine (not sure how many yet )
Snack - fibre plus (HEB)
Mashed spud with chilli was a bit strange, but in a nice wayDidn't have time to sort my usual baked spud & my kids love mash so thought I'd give it a try. I used leftover cottage cheese & blended it together rather than using the masher - went a bit gluey but actually tasted really nice, sort of buttery even though there was no butter in it.

Hey all,
EE day for me,
B - 2 WW toast (HEB) with brussels pate (5)
Snack -slices of mango
L - pasta salad (toms, lettuce, cucumber) with garlic and herb dressing (3.5)
Snack - strawberries/blueberries
D - SW chilli with SW wedges!!
my HEA is made up of 1/2 for milk and the other half a babybel light cheddar cheese!
Well done to the losers - fab way to start the week!0 -
