    Morning all,

I gained 1lb this week :( and I know why, two days off plan and too many syns.

Could have been worse I guess.

I'm back on track today though and will be going for a swim later on this morning, will also sort out a shopping list and SW friendly plan for the week.

    Wish me luck

Yay, I have just been working it out and that loss means I have just scraped through into the 'overweight' range instead of the 'obese' range.....that is my first goal achieved already:D second goal is the 10% loss, which I have to lose 11 3/4lbs to get to. My third goal is get into 'healthy' weight range!!

Yes please to the pizza base, I can then join hubby making his when I fancy one (once a month for me though not every week like him). Mushroom, peppers, herbs, n Pineapple or BBQ chicken n sweetcorn yum.

If you want a ready made base then the Napolina Mini Bases are 11 syns each, though they are only about 6inches, still hit the spot though for me. I have them with SW wedges. They come in packs of 4 and are by the pasta in my Tesco. They can be frozen too.

Woohoo!! I've done my at home WI and have lost 3lbs this week :j:j That's 10.5lbs in 3 weeks :D.

I've been 100% for all 3 weeks, and thanks to MRSM who said a few weeks back that she doesn't save up syns, she uses or loses them daily, this has worked very well for me!

Well I have just had my first weigh-in today, and I have lost - 4 1/4lbs VERY pleased with that:j

I am going to meal plan today, although it will just be 7meals/lunches, I won't assign them to days as I like to just go with what I feel like eating on the day:)

    WAHEY !!!! :D what a Fab 1st week you've had :p

Morning, only lost 1lb this week which is fine after the massive blip mid week:o

I have joined minimins, havent posted yet though. I'm gunsandbanjos over there too.

Think i'm going to stick with the same breakfast daily as its easy and i like it, probably the same lunch too!

    Today will be :

2 Dry weetabix with FF strawberry Onken
    Beans on toast
HM cottage pie, will just have mostly meat and veg and a little mash.

Have taken some fruit out the fridge so it can warm up - i hate cold fruit! Will snack on that through the day.

Syns will be a little mash and maybe a KitKat with a cuppa later.

Hey G&B 1lb is still a loss.....and a good loss! :) we all lose at different rates, some people seem to have massive losses every week while others are steady away 1 to 2lb each week......but as long as its coming off thats all that matters :D

I had a mahooosive 10.5lb in my 1st week! but since then its levelled off to a more healthy amount. (although Id love the 10.5 more often if im honest :rotfl::rotfl:)

Hey Hey!! Well done losers!!! :D:D:D:D

Done ok yesterday! (phew) but today i am off to the harvester (i think i will be glad to get back to work tomorrow!) They do have this new menu format which means i dont have to faff around asking them to replace chips with jacket spud. . . etc. . . etc...

I was thinking of having (opinion's much appreciated)

    Sirloin steak (fat removed)
    Pilau rice
Chilli Garlic sauce (ask for this to come in a pot)
Salad (grated carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, pepper and beetroot) from the cart to make my 1/3 superfree (no dressing - shall use the sauce that comes with my meal)
Was also gonna ask for 5 king prawns on the side to make it a "surf and turf" sort of thing!

Now i am hoping ^^^^^^^^ that lot isn't too high on the syn front so if i do have room after i was debating on whether to flexi syn a dessert into my meal... a rocky horror is 32 syns so thats out of the question as is the brownie @ 37 syns... a sundae best with choc sauce is only 13 syns.... hmmmmmmm but then they do this scrummy doughnut sundae... ***Rushes off to check nutrition info***

EDIT... ****Rushes back*** ok will avoid the doughnut thing as would work out about 29 syns! BAH!

Mind you.. the chicken wings come in at 6.5 syns with their skin left on... hmmmmmm decisions decisions...
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
