Hi - have just syned the smoothie - for 4 oz of fruit, and fat free yoghurt it comes to 2 syns - we usually share it so that's only 1 syn each - I will make sure I weigh the fruit tomorrow.
My lovely hubbie Tim is doing this with me so that's a great help.
BTW thanks for the dynorod soup - can't wait to try it. For once I like every ingredient!

Basically the syn book you have will be WAY wrong now with a few things:eek:......you used to be able to eat corned beef freely.....now its synned, and up until just a couple of months ago morrisons eat smart sausages were free...now they are 1/2 syn each,
From how I understand it - if the packaging changes, then often the syn value does tooso you need to just check if you notice anything.
Hope this helps a bit
Thanks,
Other Tyne brand tins are Chicken Curry - as you pointed out, the syns have changed. ALL tyne brands were free.

Had a great swim this morning, managed 35 minutes of lengths and even had a go at back stroke for a change
I was starving when I got back (had a detour to Tesco to do the weekly shop) so I've had a quick fried egg sarnie
I've used up my HE'bs and one A so far today, might have a couple of mini cheeses later before deciding on what to have for tea

L - giant salad with green thunder cheese (HEA), 2 stuffed peppers
D - HM SF pasta sauce, pasta, cheese (HEA)
Snacks - activa ff yog, kellogs fibre + (HEB)

Back from shopping and £150 lighter:cool: I now have all the ingredients for the cheesecake......except no tin to make it in!! I will have a look for anything suitable in the cupboards:)
I am on a red day and my plan for today is
RED DAY
B - Egg and Bacon
L - Soup, snack a jack(2.5)
S - Big bowl of fresh fruit and FF yoghurt
D - Lamb and veg, jacket spud (HEb)
Milk for tea HEa
So I still a a HE a/b to use and some syns.....I will put some cheese in my spud, actually I may have two small pots for both HEb's
For my syns I will have 3 malted milks with a cuppa this evening(10.5)
How is that plan looking?Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,

Ah great thanks...Just edited to say it's a red day:o
I can't believe how easy I am finding this....much easier than last time tbh. Last time (back in 2008) I basically only did green days, easy extra didn't exist then either, as I could never get the hang of red days, this time, in my first week, I have done 1 x EE, 3 x Green, 2 x Red and 1 x naughty day off plan;) I am absolutely loving it:DUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
