Thank You Consultant31:) I don't go to group as I can't afford it, so I really value any information from here.
I will try and be good tomorrow, but this is a once in a blue moon trip for us, and only possible as someone very kindly gifted me the admission tickets:D Soooo if I do go off the rails a bit, I know it is only the once. Also the kids are back to school next week so I KNOW I will be a LOT more able to stick with it as there is far more routine each day:)

Ive only recently got off the zimmer and onto crutches....my exercise is absolute zero unfortunateley since the last neurosurgery- (the only thing I could do before when I was on plan was swimming) but this time round in my 1st wk I lost 10.5and a steady 1lb sometimes a bit more each week simply by sticking to the plan
.(apart from the one disaster week caused by the new meds, since when Ive needed a hotline to dynoRod :rotfl:).....so I can vouch for the fact that the SW plan works without exercise xx
started making the DynoRod soup yesterday....but had no lentils or leeks in the freezer & OH had put the Tinned toms on the top shelf where I couldnt get to  .....men lol. soooooo its part prepped and after asda this morn and its all cooked. I hope to report some movement :Txx

Hello everyone and a new hello to all the new people who have joined since I was last on. I've not read the past posts so don't know your names yet.
Today is holiday day and 1st target day (12.09).. I've not reached it:(. WI is 12.12.5 so I am -1.5 on last week which is good news
:) and I am AT LAST into the 12's :T:T:T I have been wanting this desperately for the past 2 or 3 weeks. I just need to be good(ish) on holidays so I don't put a load of weight on in the next 2 weeks.
I am not going to post a plan as this week it has been a 'run down everything in the fridge and cupboards' week so it's all been rather odd stuff and I did weaken a lot yesterday and had 2 peanut butter and nutella bread rolls.... oh they were lovely.
However, all have a fab couple of weeks and next time is 'see' you all you will all be thinner still.

Well yesterday was a nightmare! I literally had no access to my kitchen all day:( We were laying a new hardwood floor in living room kitchen and hall, which involved getting up at 6am and driving to makro to pick it up:eek: It was a really good deal so couldnt really pass it up. Did wreck my day of eating though. I think i had about a million syns:o
Onwards and upwards - or preferably downwards:D
Just had a coffee from my milk allowance and will have breakfast after i have taken DD to school. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Morning ladies. I'm a very disappointed SWer today!! WI last night was +1lb and I'd been sooooooooooooo good!!! I only have 5lbs to lose now and I'm really struggling but I usually get atleast 0.5lb when I've followed the plan properly. I'm wondering if maybe EE doesn't suit me so this week I've planned a full week of Red days. I normally just plan my evening meals in advance but I've done my brekkies and lunches too. I'll post it tonight if I get chance. We're out for a meal with my parents and brother and OH's parents tonight....lovely lol!!! I've looked at the menu online and picked what I'm having but I'm hoping then do new pots in skins or jacket potatoes as the menu says my choice is served with potato wedges. If not I'll have extra salad and no pots and have some ryvita when I get home!!!
Red Day:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B)
Lunch - large mixed salad, salad cream (2 syns, very annoyed as have fat free dressing at home but I forgot it!!!), tinned mackeral in tom sauce, yogurt, mixed berries, jelly (0.5)
Tea - cajun chicken, salad, hopefully some potatoes, syns for dressing/salad cream.
Snacks - nectarine, plums, melon.
I'm going to tell OH that no matter what I say I am NOT allowed the cheeseboard (or anything else!) for pudding!!!
I'm also going to try to drink more water and OH is going to adjust the seat on his bike so I can get out for a bit more exercise.
Fingers crossed lol!!0
