i have the same trouble. my latest favourite is a cup of sweet coffee. I hate sweet tea but sugary coffee is one of my faves. I save a little bit of my hea milk and have sweetner instead of sugar. Or a highlights/options hot choc for 2 syns????Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

OH had to have late lunch again so isnt fancying any tea other than cheese and pickle sandwich on white bread! :mad: (git)
Soooo my meal plan has changed.....Ive put a pack of Asda spicy chicken in the oven and Ive done a big bowl of ainsley chilli cous cous with salady mix and yog/mint sauce
- the rest of it I can have tomorrow for lunch so saves me a job there I suppose
good news is tho that Ive now got an extra 3 syns saved from the stir fry so I can have 2 cubes of dairymilk on top of my other planned treats :T0 -
Evening all,
I planned on a red day today but then changed to EE, in the
I had a green one instead!
Breakfast - chocolate weetabix and milk (I don't think
much of the new weetabix, it tasted a bit bitter)
Lunch - salad of lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomato and tinned tuna
Dinner - mushroom risotto (again!)
HEb's today - weetabix and 6 brazil nuts
HEa's - milk, and cheese
Syns - 2 in the weetabix, 6 for some olive oil and then the tuna....not sure but hopefully not more than 6???They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Evening, you are all doing brill today:)
I have stuck all 3 boys up to bed and put a film on for them....the older two were ready to be buried under the patio if I spent another minute listening to there bickering and arguing:mad:
Been ok today, I have used all my syns up today so will have to stay out of the cupboards tonight:p
Tricky day tomorrow as we are off to Alton Towers, I am going to allow myself some flexi syns and have given myself an allowance of 30, is this toooooo many do you think? We are taking a picninc si I have already added it up and allocated myself some 'treat' food, but I will also be taking some free foods along too:)

Green day for me today and went well (as my green days often do) just the half packet of wine gum shame at lunch time so 4.5 sysn for today if I can stay on the straight & narrow for the rest of the night!

Today i have mostly been eating:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L - noodles, beans, toms
T - 2 egg omelette, onions, potato, cheese [a], BBQ seasoning, oil spray [2], s/cream [.5]
Snacks - pineapple, melon, plums, muller, meringue. Forgot to get pineapple out of freezer!!
Syns - 2.5
Still have to fit in HEb so maybe fibre plus laterIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well girls, I put on .5lb in my weigh in. I'm at a loss at the moment as I thought I'd been doing well. Back to writing everything down I think - I am cooking SW meals pretty much everyday....beef stew, I made a lentil soup earlier today ready for when I came home.
I really need to be strict on myself with these syns, oh and finding a job would help! I need to drink more water and vary my breakfasts a bit.
Today has been EE
B -Bran flakes (HEB) and milk (HEA)
L - Fruit salad (strawberries/melon/plums)
D- Lentil soup (carrots/leek/parsnip/onion/garlic/chopped toms) w/ a ciabatta bread roll (3.5)
Snacks - French Fancy (5.5) / 3 chicken dippers (4.5)
Syns -13.5
Does anybody have ideas of savoury snacks? I'm not really a chocolte person!0
