    Good afternoon all biggrin.gif

well Folks -hubby is in a golf competition today -so Im having a lazy day whistle.gif -no walking round the golf course for me today tongue.gif although tomorrow I will be off to the gym whacky068.gifcharacter00115.gifcharacter00116.gifbiggrin.gif -it will be interesting to see if it makes much difference to what the scales say on Sunday, although even if it doesn't appear to Im ok with it as I know its doing me good and will help tone things up and HOPEFULLY reduce the chance of me being left with a "deflated balloon belly" at the end of it cross.gif!!! and its good for my mental health too -ooohh and it means Im out of the house -which reduces the chance of me sticking my head in the fridge rotflmao.gif

Well my red meal plan for today is sorted:-
    • 2 bacon
    • 2 eggs -scrimbled
    • fresh tomatoes
    • 3 nectarines
    • tuna fish -bashed with :-
    • herby quark
    • balsamic
    • salad
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • activia peach (2.5)
    • Sw chicken pinchitos
    • 198g potatoes (B) wedged in:-
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5)
    • sugar snaps
    • green beans
    • carrots
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 fibre plus bar (B)
    • 1 activia lemon (2.5)
So thats my A+Bs and 6.5syns accounted for... I will report back with an opinion on the pinchitos chicken -never done it before so we shall see wink.gif would be nice if was as scrummy as the cheese stuffed parmesan crusted chicken was yesterday

Anyway thats enough waffle from me..hope everyone is well
Have a lovely day everyone and keep at it !!

Been so busy & not really eaten enough over the last week. BUT i managed to lose 1.5lb this week, which takes me to 2.5 stones since the beginning of June. Half way there. It seems such a long slog to go.

Still doing mainly red, have trouble using my syns. Have made roulade today & stuffed it full with raspberries , its actually quite nice :D

Hope everyone a has a good week of losses xx

I think I need to join you on this thread. In fact I know I need to join something. I did SW online for a year and lost 18lbs. I haven't regained it but need to lose more.
I have since been trying to calorie count with Fitbug but I am not managing to exercise enough due to health problems. Can I join you on here please? We don't have SW groups locally.
