  • Galaxy Cookie Crumble is lush:p And only £1 for a 119g bar in Sainsburys. Also grabbed some weetabix, SS milk and bogof on 6 pack muller lights.
Are any of the Alpen Light bars ok?

I'm confused - hubby has just bought me the 45g bar of the Galaxy cookie crumble as I thought it was low syn but I've just looked on the SW website:

Are they smaller individual pieces in the big bar - could that be why the big difference in syns?? :(

Think of the calories consumed from standing up and moving the arms helps tone up the bingo wings (if you have any). ;)

I wouldnt mind half as much if I could stand up to do it, but I have to sit down....and its twice as flipping hard  god I hate ironing:p

and yup Ive got bingo wings....and they're still there :rotfl:

    6 pieces is 6 syns

for the bigger bars just go on calculator then count the squares and divide up x

Hi, does anyone know if Nature Valley Chewy Trail Mix bars are counted as HE? I was at the Bournemouth Air Show today and got given a few feebies, one of which I ate! If not HE, anyone know syn value? Think it might be hefty - full of dried fruit and nuts.

    Not showing as a HEB
