Wow that's a bargain - I love that shop!!0 -
flutterbyuk25 wrote: »Back from Home Bargains.....they had:
Pasta N Sauce all at 49p
Mugshots all at 29p
Alpen Lights 99p per box of 5
Robinsons NAS at 59p
They also had Butterkist Light Toffee Popcorn. I seem to remember someone posting recently that normal Butterkist was 5.5ish syns per 28g so hopefully this should be lower.
Could someone please look it up online for me? It comes in 50g bags, 130 cals, 1.3g fat (0.7 of which saturates), 1g protein, 24.7g cards (of which sugars 11.8g), 19.9g fibre
Cheers

ooooh thats a great findI get the big bags of normal toffee butterkist and weigh out 25g for 5 syn.....but they dont seem to sell the light stuff in either asda, morrison or sainsbury. 50g for 6.5 :T
Im sure there is a home bargains just opened in Bingley centre but its in a real awkward spot for me to get to walking wise..... mmm wonder if OH's mum fancies a wander down that way for me lol0 -

Hi everyone...good news for the day, the crisps stayed crispy in the tupperware tub!!! I've had a busy day so far, I had a mini lie in till 9am then had brekkie followed by 2hrs in the garden then a 35min walk and just had my lunch. The garden looks fab now but it was blimming hard work!!! Oh, and I started making tea too!
Here's my EE plan for today:
Brekkie - grapefruit, melon, banana
lunch - lentil & veg soup, ham and tomato sandwich (HEB), cherry toms, cucumber
Tea - HM burgers (1), HM cheese and leek potato croquettes (HEA for cheese, 2 syns for breadcrumbs), salad
I've counted 2 syns for milk in tea.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Hi
Still deciding which group to go withI am a type 2 diabetic and wanting to use SW to lose quite a few stone but GP keeps saying the other one
(WW) is better. I just cant understand why as they cant provide me with 'discounts' for either so why such a push plugging for WW over SW?
All I want to do is get on and lose weight but am battling with GP to agree SW is ok for me as Type 2. Cant find a statement anywhere on either WW or SW site to say its not suitable.
Can anyone HELP please?
ThanksFailure is only someone elses judgement.

Galaxy Cookie Crumble is lush:p And only £1 for a 119g bar in Sainsburys. Also grabbed some weetabix, SS milk and bogof on 6 pack muller lights.
Are any of the Alpen Light bars ok?The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
