    Yup Worc sauce is free!

Morning all, just had a cheating sneaky look on home scales as didn't have a WI this week, and it seems to be creeping down even though I had a "SW holiday" for a few days, yippee!

I'm glad Dizzy can finally escape to the supermarket!
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Well might have to substitute FF From Frais for greek 0% yog in the sauce, had a look on the syn counter online and Morrisons Eat Smart From Frais is 4and 1/2 syns per pot, glad I checked first! I hope greek yog will work the same, don't fancy going all the way to sainsburys just for from frais.
Has anyone tried using greek yog in a sauce before??

I'm up the road in Norwich, been to Diss loads of times, well as far as the rugby club :D. My son played for Wymondham so spent many a Sunday morning on the touch line.

Good luck with SW & good luck with WI. Well done on the losses everyone :T

ohhhh im in norwich too :D dont meet many norwich ppl on here :)
im near the heartsease pub...lovely area ..hmmmm lol

well my 1st day after my 1st group was a disaster, i went into the city and couldnt find anything i wanted to eat. lol so my son had rice and caramel chicken from the chinese so i ate his left overs eekk, then ate a bar of diary milk and loads of other things hmmm.

my 2nd day (yesterday) went much better,
breakfast...1 shreaded wheat with banan and honey (2 syns) milk from HEA
lunch was a nicoise salad from the book...it looked nicer than it tasted think the tuna wasnt too nice lol/
dinner ...jacket pot with cheese and beans, with a tiny bit of benecol.
    banana and clementine for snacks.

    today i have had
breakfast.....2 weetabix with banana and honey, a coffee with 2 sugars.

i plan on having a packed of batchelors flavoured rice for lunch, with an apple, maybe clementine again.

dinner will be egg, chips, bacon and sausages....it feels so wrong to eat that but i no it isnt lol.

i struggle with eating a lot of super free foods, im not a huge fruit eater, or veg for that matter. i am working on it tho :D

thank you to whoever suggested the tesco water..i'll give that a try when i fancy something fizzy...as sometimes i get a little bored of just water lol.
  • Morning all

I'm working from home again today so slightly different meal choices and need to stay away from any temptations (although to be honest there isn't anything too high in syns around so should be ok!). I made big pot of syn free celery soup last night so will eat that when I feel hungry thoughout day.

Green day for me: (will update in full later)

B - 2 eggs fried in frylight on HM WM bread (HEB)
L - HM SF celery soup, salad
    D -
    Snacks - pear, oranges
Drinks - coffee, water, NAS squash, fizzy water

    Total syns =

nessie - have you tried strong tea/coffee to 'get things moving'? sometimes that helps. Also, peppermint tea is good for digestion so maybe that'll help ease the bloating?

Thanks, i have brought some twinings digestif tea bags to work this morning - going to have a few of those, as well as other fruit teas instead of alot of coffee!

Also got a litre bottle of water sitting on my desk and will aim to drink all by home time - then fill it up for the gym tonight!

    Thanks again x
  • Hello - may I join you?

I'm hoping to go to my first ever SW class on Tuesday evening. I did WW years ago and lost 4 stone, but gradually I've put it back on along with an extra one!

Now this may interest you. I went to see my Doctor for an asthma check up and was moaning about my weight and she said that she could refer me to SW or WW. When I asked what she meant by 'refer' she said I could get 12 vouchers for 12 weeks free.

I filled in the form, she sent it off and I await the vouchers. I am amazed (I've put this on the Freebie board too). Perhaps it's a local thing, I live in Dorset.

I doubt that I will get the vouchers before Tuesday, but I want to make a start while I'm in the right frame of mind, so I hope they will let me use the vouchers in future weeks.

Moneysaving and weightloss, sounds good to me.

Has anyone else had experience of these free vouchers?

I was referred by my doctor (live in suffolk!) i am currently on my 4th set of 12 vouchers e.g. 48 weeks worth!
As long as you loose 5kg every 12 weeks (roughly 1stone i think) you should be able to get another set
I got given mine when i was at the doctors so i didn't have to pay for the join up fee.

It is good - does save money - but all depends on your weight, health issues and if your doctor thinks you can do it!

Keep us updated with the weight loss x

My Mum used to live up that way, nearer to Sainsburys end though. I'm over the other side or the city near Cringleford. We used to be Cringleford then they moved the parish border so we're Ketteringham now. Nice to 'meet' you :D

MrsM's hubby is on hols so no doubt she is out and about with him, probably on the golf course lol.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
