Thanks, no worries. I've been addicted to them since I weaned myself off bread but there's quite a bit of mayo. Think the rest is free though! C xx

  • Hey guys,

Not been online for the last couple of days so thought I would do a wee update and then read back over the MANY posts I have missed - lucky I like reading them so much! :)

Been really good with my diet but not so much with the exercise - think Im due my * week and not been feelin too good anyway (really down) so finding it hard to get motivated - even turned the dvd off after 10 mins this morning! But I know exercise will help the head and the weight loss so over the next week I will force myself to do exercise at least 5 times as I know how great I feel afterwards.

    So...yesterdays menu (EE):

B: Natural Yog, 28g oats (heb) banana, apple
S: Melon with ham, 10 almonds (5 syns)
L: Liquidised the lentil, chickpea+loadsa veg dhal to make a soup (yum!), Mullerlight Yog, grapes
D: Small tuna Salad [1/3 tin tuna, lettuce, tom, cuc, pepper, pickles], 3 potato wedges, 2 sweet pot wedges. 250ml milk (hea)

    Todays menu (Green):

B: 2 slices honeydew melon, sliced ham (heb), blackberries
    S: Mullerlight Yog
L: Baked potato, 1/2 tin beans, 2 large plum tomatoes, 28g cheddar (hea)
    S: Nectarine, 10 almonds (heb)
D: Half low fat lasagne (4 syns), large salad [lettuce, tom, cuc, pepper, cerery, carrot], low fat dressing
    S: Solero (5 syns)

Decided to up my syns as it doesn't appear to be working by not having any - don't avoid them on purpose though, I just generally like no syn foods better. Anyone else like that, or are you all mad chocoholics? lol

Planned to go to a SW class tonight with my sister but she called off with cramps, so if she doesnt go next week I am definitely going to go myself as I have only lost 3lbs in 6 weeks despite being an angel. Only been doing SW for 2 weeks but thought I would have seen a change in the scales in that time, so hopefully I'll see what Im doing wrong at class. Would ask if anyone has any ideas but Ive only posted 3 days so far...

Anyways, as low as Im feeling I am not a quitter and will keep going regardless - reading the posts really helps and spurs me on - so thanks everyone. I know Im not alone in this battle of the bulge!

:(Since starting SW doing EE I have been eating a lot more fruit.

I seem to get the sensation of cystitis, like I have too much acid in the urine. Sorry if TMI. Does anyone experience this? Diets really working so I would be disappointed if I had to reduce fruit intake.

not all of us.....just a fair few :rotfl:

seriously tho, you're syns dont have to come in chocolate. You can use them to add to your cooking so you dont get bored with the plan.... flour in sauces, cheese, a taco shell etc ;)

Are you eating a lot of mainly citrus fruits? if so try swapping to something different. Are you making sure that you're drinking LOADS of fluids everyday?
