Aha....quoted from same q on minimins
It isn't anywhere near as sweet as korma / sweet & sour. More of a natural sweetness like you'd get from peppers. Certainly not a sickly sweetness. It can be quite hot, but I seem to have got used to that over the years. (I used to ask for it to be made medium instead of hot in one restaurant we used to use). Def worth a go if you like lentils (esp as it's a bit of a bargain syn-wise).

    think ill try it :)

  • Just back from weigh in - stayed the same.:( Very upset as I was good on a day trip out - watched everyone eat the yummies I wanted to and stuck with my SW food. Went out yesterday and watched my friend eat her yummies and eat my apples. I've found out before that sometimes if I eat too much even if it is superfree or speed I still put on weight!:(

Hello, just had a lovely supper with my friend - we started with salads of watercress, rocket, spinach, radishes, spring onions and cucumber, and also a tomato and mozarella salad, and used some of the "sour cream" and chive dip as a dressing. Then we had chilli toasties with wholemeal bread. I melted butter and we brushed it onto the bread to make the toasties, synned the butter. The chilli was syn free. Followed it all by semi-frozen Mullerlight mandarin yoghurt with fresh raspberries and all accompanied by a 175ml glass of red wine :) It felt like a feast and was a damn sight better than any meal I've eaten in a restaurant for ages. I am now replete ;)
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Just had my tea after coming back from weigh in and you can't wipe the grin off my face. I've only lost 1.5lb but that's good enough for me right now. Next week will be better!

And Dizzy made it, no doubt she'll be on later :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)
