Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...

tell you what I would do tho if I was down at target and struggling with the tempations of fairy food......
Id be off in the bedroom and putting on an outfit that I know I look pretty damn good in - then Im sure Id think twice about whether I really did NEED that biscuit or notThen if I still wasnt convinced....Id be putting something on that was a bit 'snug' fitting....then that biccy or dime bar would definately not be NEEDED

Hello ladies and losers :-)
I'm on target today for being a really good girl.
breakfast was a cup of coffee and a bowl of strawberries
Lunch- dairylea light tube snack thingy and a massive bowl of fruit (strawberries, an apple chopped up and a mound of grapes. Couldn't be bothered with the banana because one I had last night wasn't very nice and put me right off!
Tea- that's going to be my syns allowance gone all at once- 2 Soft tortillas, loads of mexican chicken, onion and a little tiny bit of soured cream and chive dip. That won't be until after WI though.
Not going well with drinking fluids on the days when I'm sat doing virtually nothing. I keep forgetting that it's important to drink loads of water and just not used to it. I don't care if I've lost weight or not this week. I know I've been good, and of course it's * week too, and stopping smoking, I'll be amazed if I haven't actually put any on (my scales say 2lb down but don't trust them anymore)
Good luck ladies. xx
Going to do half an hour on the exercise bike shortly. Need so charge my ipod up to keep me movingYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
Well what a day!! I'm on another high today. I feel I've made a bit of a break through with my hubby, I bought a bag of frozen fruit for him to have with ff fromage and he has eaten it over the last couple of days
just need to sort out the rest of his meals now
.
This morning we walked to waitrose [about 3 miles each way] didn't really need anything was more for the walk.
Now the best part ... along the way there are loads of fruit trees, we were told when we moved here [14 years ago] that the fruit wasn't edible. Hubby thought he'd try one and they are lovely. They look like morello cherries but taste like plums [any ideas?]. So on the way back we picked some, there are red ones as well as yellow and deep purple. Hubby weighed what we'd picked and there was over 3lbs and masses more still on the trees so guess where we are going later :rotfl: just can't believe we've wasted 14 years of FREE FRUIT. Also the blackberries are out in my garden so picking them later. Going to have a go making the roulade to go with all the FREE fruit.
I WILL get him to lose weight :rotfl:
Can't find the page with the roulade recipe, can anyone either link me or re post the recipe pretty pleaseeeeeeeee? Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I have tummy ache
I have noticed this is ALWAYS when I have had pasta or noodles for lunch... grrr. Note to self stay away from them from now on.
Moussaka in the oven, smells lovely, can't wait for tea but first..... yet more shopping for fruit and veggies. I wish there were those veggie box deliveries here."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

Only thing I can think of is Sloe berries, they are like a small plum, normally very tart though but can make sloe gin from them. Maybe they are plums or damsons, i have been getting some british plums from Asda and they are small, like the size of an apricot but not a cherry. Well whatever they are they are freeeee and thats fab
