Morning Ldies, hope you're all ok! Has anyone seen MrsM? She doesn't seem to have posted for a couple of days (or have I just missed her posts?!). Tea at OH's parents tonight so I'll be syn free till then as it's bound to be atleast slightly naughty! I'm hoping she goes for one of her healthier options so that I just have to syn a bit of oil and then I'll be able to have a fibre plus bar for supper. I'm trying to have 1 a day as they seem to work wonders for my inners lol!!! Here's my plan:

    Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - lentil and veg soup, melon, mixed berries, yogurt
    Tea - ?????
    Snacks - 2 plums, nectarine.

Have a good day everyone x

Well done Dizzy and Screamer on your losses!! And a pat on the back for those who haven't, sure it will come off next week.

I made the chilli last night which was lovely, the 'sour cream' dip was really good too even if I say so myself. Would work well with veggi sticks too.

    Plan for today is -

    b - Muller and plums
l - prawn salad (loads of Speed veggies) Strawbs and rasberries
t - Pork chop (fat removed) Mustard and mushroom 'cream' sauce (1/2 syn for wgrain mustard but rest free) With sauteed celeriac and pots, spinach and carrots.
S - Tsp sugar (1) FIbre Plus (Heb) Maybe a bit of cheese on top of chop for (Hea) Rest of syns will be used on wine as its friday!!! Yay!!

I'm a bit worried about WI on Monday, doctor has put me on a course of steroids, only for a week but very strong dose and I have had more of an appetite this week, managed to stay within syns so far but not feeling hopeful as I feel heavier :(

    Morning guys,

Having a good week so far - can't remember who mentioned galaxy cookie crunch - but thank you - i have brought a big bar & have left it in the freezer (lasts longer) I only have a strip at a time (5 squares = 5.5syns (to be on safe side!)) But also got dairy milk caramel - which is also in the freezer! Lasts forever - just like frozen rolos!

Have been weeing for england this week - but feel and look so bloated - last night i seriously looked 8 months pregnant! Even H2B asked if i was sure i wasn't pregnant! :rotfl::eek:
Just feels like alot is going in but not alot is going out! IYKWIM

Takeaway tonight - Chinese mmmmm going to have my usual chicken chow mein, plain boiled rice & sea spice chicken!

But will be going to the gym before! As had my last wedding dress fitting yesterday and need to tone my arms & back to make it look perfect!

    7 DAYS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!:o

    Morning everybody.

After reading back the posts I missed I notice about Granary bread... Opps this has been my bread source and I've been counting at B... stupid stupid Trixie.:( I don't understand why it isn't but I trust the nutritionists so I have bought what I think is now wholemeal, perhaps I'll have some slightly better results now as averaging less than 1lb a week is not what I want.. I'd like at least 1lb a week avg :D.

    The roulade looks REALLY nice.

I'm going home next week to have a quick Bank holiday camping trip in the Cotswolds with friends before holidays so I will bring back 4 jars of sweetner. I can then cook sweet treats....hopefully it will last till Christmas when I'll be back to get more.

    Today(EE)
    B - 2 toast (real B this time - hopefully) butter (2) marmite (F)
    L - Cous cous (F) Feta (A) Salad (F) Olives (1)
Mid Aft - Bowl fruit & youg (1)
D - Chana massala (with added veg) (F) Onion Bahjis (2)
    Even - Bowl fruit & yog (1)

    Syns - 7.

Have a good day everyone. I have to go to the bank as it seems they have linked my joint account bank card to my personal account so everything I have paid for has come out of the wrong account :eek::eek: This should be fun trying to explain this in my non existent Polish!!

It must be a new one....they only list
    cranberry&rasberry at 7 per 250ml
    Cranberrry, Yumberry & Blackcurrant 250ml bottle 6.5 per 250ml :o

ok thanks dizzy, I will take it as 7 syns, but 3.5 as i only had half. will have the other half today.

nessie - have you tried strong tea/coffee to 'get things moving'? sometimes that helps. Also, peppermint tea is good for digestion so maybe that'll help ease the bloating?

Out yesterday, which means that all that was on offer was white bread sandwiches and crisps! feeling a bit rough now. think i'm coming down with a cold. going to try to OD on fruit to help get some well-needed vitamins in my system!

    EE today:
Brek: 2 eggs, scrambled. 2 small ww toast (heb)
2 cups of tea with 1/2 hea milk
    half an innocent smoothie (3.5)
    An apple
hot water with lemon juice with ginger and a tsp honey (0.5) (cold remedy!)
    lunch: sweet chilli supernoodles
    three plums
dinner: pasta with bolognaise made with lean mince, and sauce made of tinned toms, onion, garlic, courgette, red pepper and herbs. bit of cheese on top as other 1/2 hea.

I usually add some Worcestershire sauce to my bolognaise - is it free??

    Happy friday :D

Yes its a bit of an experiment (again!) but using mushrooms, FF from frais, wgrain mustard (1/2 syn per tsp) stock and herbs probably use sage or thyme as we are growing some. Plan to cook the chops in a pan and put them to rest then will make the sauce in the pan so the juices will go into sauce. Thats the idea anyway will see later if it works!! :rotfl:
