Next week will be better but a 1lb is a 1lb! Well done on your loss Jill

Im confused but I think she'll come along with the avatar of a whole pound of fat. ( glam lady:D)

I pound of fat is a lot, to see it visually!

    Evening all,

I'm not sure what kind of day I've had food wise, if that makes sense?

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix and fat free yoghurt (HEb)
Lunch - had grilled chicken at an Italian place in Bath. I didn't realise that the chicken would be covered in a dressing. The chicken was grilled but had an olive oil based marinade/dressing on it. I did my best to scrape it off a little. It also came with a side salad, olives and fries.
Dinner - left over home made lasagne from yesterday and yet more side salad. (lasagne was made with extra lean beef mince cooked in frylight, had a topping of cheese (HEa)
I also had milk in my tea today, I wasn't able to work out how much but I'm pretty sure it's no more than the amount allowed as a HEa

I've made sure that at least 1 3rd of my lunch and dinner were super free food, however how would I calculate the syns I've had today? there was quite a bit of oil on my lunch, plus I had fries. Should I count today as EE or Red? or just draw a line under it, say I had the full amount of syns and take tomorrow as another day? I'm confused!

Well I have been good even though I have been pushed to the limit by my DD I don't know what has got in to her I've been hit, nipped, and kicked in the stomach twice:mad: that was when I put her on the naught spot. I suffer from PMT and I have just come off injection which was helping as I am being sterilised in 3 weeks and they wont give it to me. I managed to stay carm and controlled and I belive it is due to SW. Cause I am always eating (the right things). No bread, cakes, choc ect have passed my lips and I read that if you can keep blood sugar levels up it can help. fingers crossed.

This bit made me laugh simply because of something that happened with my little one the other day. We were having dinner and he wouldn't keep his bib on so I was getting annoyed. My sister said "You really know how to push Mummy's buttons don't you?". At which point he then reached across and pushed one of the buttons on my top! He's 21 months so clearly has no idea what the idiom meant so really made me laugh that he had taken it so literally (diffused the situation really well too!)

Anyway, first weigh in tonight and I lost 5 pounds which I'm really pleased about, especially since I discoved that the vodka that I was drinking I was valuing at 2 syns and is actually 4 syns! Oh and the mad BBQ on Saturday! Have a much quieter week ahead so am going to avoid the booze and write a plan for what we are going to eat and actually go shopping for it. Also starting walking this eveing. My best friend has moved in round the corner from me so we plan to go 3 times a week. We walked for an hour tonight and had a really good chin wag!

Well done to everyone else on their losses, hello to all the other new members, happy birthday to dizzy (bit late now but hope you've had a good day)
