I find a good brisk walk helps the poos along, especially if combined with a cup of coffee 1st thing in the morning.
Could anyone tell me if there is a list of syn free or nearly syn free ready meals I could buy from asda or tesco pls.
Am flat out at work & dont have anytime for making meals ( we are combining so it sandwiches morning, noon & night ). I dont want theses & not too keen on salad every meal.
I have looked on the SW web site but cant see any on there.
I use the web site loads & find it really helpfull. Does anyone know how long the password lasts? Ive got last weeks one but my SW consultant says she cant text me the password this week, as they are not allowed to anymore& I have to go to class to get it & I just cant get

mind you shoes or something sparkly will always fit!Re the shoe size, just to let you know your feet can lose weight too. I went from a 6 to a 5 when I lost 2.5st then my shoes didn't fit :mad: so had to buy new ones
Shoes and sparklies can fall victim to the losses same as everything else.
My 'best' smart shoes don't fit me now and numerous other pairs are loose. I've had to buy thicker socks to wear in my trainers.
I hadn't thought about it happening, but thinking back I had chubby toes, more meat around my ankles and slightly fatter feet. I suppose anywhere on your body where you carry extra weight or fluid is going to change.
I've also had rings resized once and my necklaces hang lower down my chest (not as much neck to go around) and my bracelets and watches are looser. I think there's only my earrings still fit me properly . . . oh, and scarves!0 -

EE day for me today - have some left over bolognaise that needs to be eaten
HEA = Skimmed Milk
HEB = 2 x weetabix
Breakfast - Weetabix, milk from HEA, banana
Snack - Pineapple
- Snackajacks (5 syns)
Lunch - curried Veg soup
- FF Activia Yoghurt
Snack - Strawberries
- Blueberries
- celebrations chocolate (2 syns)
Tea - Spag Bol
So 3 syns left for Pud - probably a FF yoghurt and an alpen lite
have decided to stick with the program whilst I decide what to do long term about my (lack of) weight loss. It should at least keep me pretty much on the straight and narrow0 -
Hun the alpen lites are 5 are they not?:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Hi,
I am plucking up the courage to go to my forst SW meeting tonight. My mum has lost loads of weight (and kept it off) using SW so I have been inspired!
I'm so nervous! Will probably be back here for support very soon!0 -
