    Good morning all :D

    Happy birthday Dizzy :j

Well done on the great losses folks :T and to those with itty bitty gains this week -Im sure you will whip them off in no time ;)

Right on the subject of "toilet habbits" -now Im not gloating here but I go 3 times a day :rotfl:-I have the digestive system of a grey hound... unfortunately I don't have the metabolic rate to go with it :p-
has anyone tried having lemon juice in warm water first thing every morning? To start with its a bit :eek:on the ole tastebuds, but you get used to it, it really should help, also fresh apricots are another thing that should move things along... I think the amount of water I drink might help too -3-4.5lt a day...
Hope everyone is "relieved" of their problems soon :o

Its our 8th wedding anniversay tomorrow so hubby has booked the day off and declared that we are going clothes shopping for me -*wish me luck I hate shopping* -I might have dropped some dress sizes -but Im still big enough for it to make clothes shopping a chore! • BettyB, pasta will be fine for a few days in the fridge. It will be stuck together though, wd have been better to spritz some oil over it before it cooled but hey ho it'll still be edible! Enjoy your lunch out, you may have to syn your hummus if it's not a SW one as it traditionally has gallons of sesame oil in.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Well done on your loss Nessie. :j
  • Hi all!
Well done to all the losers, happy birthday dizzy, well done for starting out Alice.

I was pretty good yesterday, saved my syns up and had a thin slice of my housemate's lemon drizzle loaf, delish and worth waiting for.

Tomorrow is weigh in so I am staying away from bread, drinking lots of water and avoiding salty foods! I am going to go and see inception tomorrow night after my WI and I think if I lose anything I am going to treat myself to some sweet popcorn, mmmm, if not I think it will be a big bag of rainbow drops, not quite the same but similar taste and texture.

Breadfast was couscous with blueberries and raspberries, lunch will be a savoury rice with a salad and tea will be left over stir fry from last night, a tonne of veggies and thin cut beef steak, delish! I have a Wispa to have with a cup of tea later tonight for my syns, anyone know how many they are? Regular size is a little bigger than half of the duo bars but I would end up eating both bars so single size it is!

Hope everyone has a good day and the slimming fairies are the ones in your house today, hiding the tempting snacks and filling the air with positive vibes :)

Oh dear sorry to hear about your guinea pig nessie :(

Thanks, she was getting old & in a way i knew she was getting close - she had problems with her teeth & 3 weeks ago she had an operation to grind her teeth down which made her a little better!

I instinctively knew something had happened because it was her hutch i went to first thing in the morning!

At least i know she is at peace now and is not suffering, she obviously missed her husband!

And i bet she is the one who summoned the fairies, cheeky lil piggie!

  • Shazbo, looks pretty delish!
The advantage of extra easy is that you can have more carbs and I think the SW chips are lovely! Will you not be hungry just having a yogurt for breakfast? I get serious munchies around... well now but they started about half an hour after breakfast :)
