Happy birthday dizzy, hope you have fun driving your lovely car:T
I am not happy today, just had my WI and after being really good all week i have gained 2lb , how is that possible? and we are going away in 2 days for a couple of weeks so that will probably mean all my hard work wasted (and then some probably).[STRIKE]Shazbo[/STRIKE]

Hello everybody.
I rejoined SW last week and have my first weigh in tonight. I would like to lose at least a stone before the 6th of September as I have a hysterectomy booked.
I'll pop back in tomorrow and let you all know how I got on.0 -

Morning! and Happy Birthday Dizzy
Just on to quickly do my plan, as I'm really busy with work today.
Brek: 2 cups of tea with 1/2 heA milk and a banana and some grapes
(by the way, I reccomend 2 cups of strong tea or coffee to 'get things moving' if need be)
Lunch: 2 slices toasted ww bread (heB) with tuna, 1 tbsp extra light mayo (0.5) and salad of cucumber and cherry toms on the side
Dinner: Pasta with creamy onion, garlic and muchroom sauce made with 2 tbsp LF creme fraiche (3.0) and green beans
Snacks: Muller light, grapes
Need another 1/2 hea but will probably just have more tea with milk in.
Does anyone know how long you can store cooked pasta for in the fridge?
I made some yestersday but since i'm having pasta for dinner i dont fancy it cold today for lunch. Do you reckon it'll last til tomorrow?Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

I have them written down as 1 syn each so I must have found them online at some point.
I have mine with 1 extra light cheese triangle (out of HEA allowance) per cracker & plenty slices of tomato to combat the dryness. You do need to drink lots of water with them but they should help with any 'congestion' issues:rotfl:
Happy Birthday dizzy :j Have a good day & enjoy your carvery0 -
Morning Everyone,
Happy Birthday Dizzy!
WI last night and lost 2.5lbs!
Would have liked more, to loose the 3lbs i put on the week before but hey ho thats life!
Second Wedding dress fitting on Thursday! I reckon i will still need to loose an inch!
Bad weekend - lost one of my guinea pigs, Thunder,we reckon she was nearly 6 so she had good innings but still not nice digging the hole!
Fairies have decided to pay me a visit since (or is Thunder just terrorising me?!?) and they put put a whole pack of frozen Rolos in my mouth after my 'special' McFlurry! (my brother works there!)
Then last night they made me eat 2 x WW mini magnums, 1/2 twix (the duo kind) an echo & tesco value frozen raspberry mousse things!
I am so glad i will be starting the gym tonight - maybe the stink i produce at the gym will gas out the fairies and they won't come back?!?
Well done everyone x0 -
wow my life is so unpredictable! my friend's just asked to meet me for lunch to make up for cancelling yesterday!
So I'm going to change to a green day and have salad with hummous as HEB and feta as HEA!! will have to syn the pitta bread thoBetty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
