I am plucking up the courage to go to my forst SW meeting tonight. My mum has lost loads of weight (and kept it off) using SW so I have been inspired!
I'm so nervous! Will probably be back here for support very soon!
Aww hun don't be nervous, I'm sure it won't be anywhere near as bad as you think it will, SW groups are usually a friendly bunch, hold you head up high and just think you may well have issues with your weight (lots of us do) but you are taking back control and this is the first step on the way to a new improved you:). The peeps on here are fab, we'll all be thinking of you and be here to help out wherever we can. Don't forget to let us know how it went. Good Luck. XXWhen Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0 -

Hey Mary
I could have sat there all day lol
I sort of guessed ( hence most of them beef)
i went to syns online then put in tesco
At that you cant choose eg ready meal so I chose beef and vegetarian. ( you could choose lamb, chicken, whatever) Many of them come up really high. Shocked a vegetarian lasange was 19.5 syns.
The onces I found were the lowest, the beef with the butternut squash sounded nice though! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Vixie Pixie, 6 lbs is brilliant :j :j Well done you.
I can't believe I am not hungry. I had yoghurt and berries for breakfast and a nectarine, 2 boiled eggs
stir fry of turkey breast, peppers, beansprouts and chinese leaf with soya sauce and AH cous cous. Never ate it all myself because DD came running down the stairs with: "That smells great, can I have some?" so I shared with her.
I made OH and kids their tea but I am not hungry. Before I could eat and eat all afternoon, never thought anything of eating 4 slices of bread and crisps and a biscuit. I know I am still in the "honeymoon" period but I am pretty amazed
I think I will have a tin of tuna with l/f mayo, tomato salad and my 4 ryvita's later0 -
