well done MRSM thats some great losses your having there :j

Im a golf widow again for most of the day, I plan to finish the ironing,do a bit of dusting ( I have just noticed my oh has left me a smiley face in the dust on the tv screen :rotfl:) and then I dont really have much planned as the weather here is pants- its not cold just all grey and miserable :(

Just had brekkie, got some blueberries for a change, got frozen ones-but I reallllllly think they need to be eaten with another berry as they are pretty sweet and sickly alone -very lovely, just struggled to get the 1/3 I needed to go with my yog easily. Had it with 28g Dorset cereal simply fruity muesli (divine)

Lunch will be a jp with cottage cheese & chopped mixed salad with a couple of satsumas and cherries

tea will probably be another blue dragon pork stir fry....lots of peppers (30p each at asda yesterday) waterchestnuts, onion, carrot, courgette, beansprout, mushroom. maybe some onken ff vanilla yog with blueberry if ive any room for pud

My tum has been amazingly good the last few days.....even solid food is getting easier to swallow without too much effort now (with plenty of chewwing and drinks) doc has increased my tabs so im hoping this has done the trick- or maybe the hernia is just happy that ive lost a bit of fat and its been able to move back down a bit?? either way summat is helping at the mo and Ive got 3 weeks til the next camera probe ;)

That is brilliant MrsMc, you get such great losses weekly. I hope I am that way, although I seem to eat rather a lot..

    Yesterday:

Brunch: bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato, 2 ryvita (1/2 HEB) 2 light laughing cow (1/2 HEA)

Tea: Chicken curry (from the SW curry book) boiled rice, strawberries with yoghurt for afters

snack in front of tv: 2 Niandra's onion bhajis (they were brilliant!) with a cucumber/yoghurt sauce

syns: Oil (2) mini twister icecream (2)

My main pleasure today was that OH and girls liked the curry and the bhajis. It also stopped them pigging out on chocolate and crisps all evening :j

Makes my life so much easier that I can cook one meal for all of us, without weighing out portions for myself.

I am going to a class on Monday instead of Wednesday because we have something on then. It better be a good loss still :D

Have a good Sunday everyone :happylove

Thanks for the lovely comments folks :D

Mumoftwo -I eat plenty too :p ...I usually struggle to use my syns, but this week I have really tried to use more and I got a good loss out of it, so don't worry about eating loads ;), as long as its the good stuff you should be fine :D

Morning all, well done MrsC on the weight loss! My first weigh in is in weds eve and feel nervous already.
Just got back from walking puppy and had shredded wheat and ff yogurt for breakfast and I will have some fruit later this morning. Think I will have veg stir fry with bit of chicken for lunch and then we are having Chinese takeaway tonight so will have beef with mushrooms as think that's not too bad.
