I'm still here 'just', feel really tired though. Walked to my Mums today [do it most saturdays to spend quality time with 16yr old son, he'll only visit his nan if we walk
] so that a good few miles exercise. It was dry when we left but had been drizzling most of the morning. Started with more drizzle when we were half way there then pi**ed it down so we got soaked through. Had to strip off and tumble everything when we got there .
Anyway today I have mostly been eating:
B - weetabix milk [a] coffee
L/T - left over lasagne from yesterday, couscous fritta, tomato, cucumber, gem lettuce, celery, exlite s/cream [.5], beans
Supper - pineapple, melon, muller all chopped up really small, eaten with a tsp so took ages and filled me up too much so hubby finished it.
Snacks - oaty bar , choc fudge [2.5], softmint [.5], water
Syns - 3.5
Thanks for all the congrats am chuffed I finally got here but its * week next week so will stick to normal meals i,e not have extra HEs untill after that to allow for any retentions.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... :D:D:D MORNING!!!!!
hope I didnt wake you heehee.:rotfl:
I appear to have fallen asleep on you all last nightoops how very rude!
Thanks Blackberry rum for your tips on the slow cooker use....my main prob is my apartment is a silly new build ,modern living open plan thing so my 'kitchen zone' is rather small and work space for leaving a slow cooker out is zero.......the trade off is worth it tho for the big balcony where Ive room for a table, few chairs &bbq, some tom plants and herbs and views right over the valley and ive no stairs to negotiate. So I'l just have to drool over your ideas instead
:D

HOW BLIMMIN FANTASTIC!!!
WELL DONE!
I have been tidying the flat out and have found some old photos, cor I look quite bigOH said I should keep these out so I never go back there, I dont think I will anyway
My weight has fluctuated just so much over my lifetime, sometimes I look ok, smetimes I just look like ive been downright neglecting myself
If I can get the scanner going i'll find some way of uploading them maybe, so we can see "the journey"dont bet on it though, my IT skills are poor lol
More food shopping on the horizon today, along with ebaying some clothes that dont fit and the charity shop run again:
Today is looking like:
Blueberries and yoghurt
Alpen lites again
HEA skim milk
Lunch prob couscous and salady bits ( onions, radish, tomato, peppers, lettuce, spinach, mushrooms) maybe a gammon to roast from the shops
Dinner, roast chicken, sweetcorn cob, massive salad, HM coleslaw, "roasted" paprika potatoes
Syns will be the usual junk lol of WW S&V hoops and whatever else I can pile down my neck including more fruit & yog to make up for a couple of days where I dont tihnk I got to half superfree:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0
