I love ironing, I did a load this morning inthe sun (it was only sunny until about 8 am, and by then I had ironed and had a game of scrabble & a coffee with a friend *smug*). We still call it Freecycle in this area, Susan, but I'm a big fan. I get rid of loads of stuff on there, and have found useful things too. Mind, I've been a freecycler all my life as I had two older girl cousins who used to pass on bags full of clothes they had outgrown; I just loved investigating those bags when I was little and being able to have lots of new outfits. And, best of all, once the cousins were teens, some of the sweaters had SWEAT STAINS under the arms and I thought that made ME look older
. (we are talking about 50 yrs ago here; I've grown out of that idea now)
here's the link to Freegle, we have Freecycle too but i think Freegle is better?

tbh I thought it was just a change of name, Susan. One of our nearby groups is now Freegle, but the one I prefer (richer area, better stuff on offer
) ) is still Freecycle. Mind, I've not looked in for a couple of weeks, they might be freegles too now. Freegle sounds like a 70s childrens tv show though
:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello gang
Hello to all the new faces as well
FAB NEWS TAKE IT EAZY :j :T :j :T I am sp pleased for you doll that fantastic you are at target
I spoke to my sis about maintaining at target, only a few 1lbs to go I think now and Ill be there ( eg 3 weeks or maybe 4) She said you can ahve more HEA or HEBs or just more syns in general but watch for 3lbs above and below. She is having more syns generally and loving it, but she is still having 1/3rd superfree per day
I am heading that way and very anxious about it, I feel if my foot is off the pedal , it might all pile back onWill be following you closely though to see how your doing and in a couple of weeks will need all your support and advice
Today:
Blueberries and muller Brek
Alpen lights
Lunch - teriyaki chicken with boiled rice and massive salad and stirfried veg in a broth Im calling that 2 syns due to the oil they used
Diet cokes galore
WW S&V hoops 3.5 syns
Dinner is going to be a small pizza again with salad,Sweetcorn and Crispy ovened baby potatoes ( need using up) Oh didnt want the chicken combo I suggested ( sigh)
Done about 5 miles walking today and am exhausted. However felt that I looked good today!*little dance*
My feet need some body magic desperately, they are like claws from all this walking lol so they are having a soak, scrub, file paint and soften in a bit
Found some filo pastry so will be making something exciting with that tomorrow, and also found more alpen lights in 99p stores ( summer fruits which are yum)
Catch you all in a bit:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
