i never noticed the 1/3 plate with ss free foods until reading it on here!
just found the puff pastry on sw website as 4205 syns - i guess il not be eating too much of that lol!
CC: just in case no-one else has responded (not finished reading back posts yet) SS = superSPEED, not superfree. So they'll speed up your loss if you eat plenty of them. Super FREE foods are the ones that are free on both the old Red plan and the old Green plan, and are most fruits and vegetables (but not pulses, potatoes, parsnips, because these are NOT free on Red). It does sound confusing, and having superspeed and superfree is possibly not a good choice of names! Lots of the fruits and vegetables are both superspeed & superfree, and the single s = speed, so not superspeed but still speed so still useful iyswim :rotfl: I'm out of breathnow.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Now, who was on about stir fries? I had one for lunch with Blue dragon wholemeal noodles (really nice, and £1 for five helpings in our local cheap store), and I used sliced green beans, cucumber in strips, garlic, ginger, chilli, sliced mushroom, chopped mangetout and chopped baby sweetcorn, all micro-d with 1 syns worth of oyster sauce, 4 syns worth of sesame oil and some free soy. All cooked and being eaten within 5 mins, and YUMMY. Better go and get those trial bhajis on the go, now
PS glad you told me that is a pic of feet, I was squinting and could see a dragon for some reason!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
