What are you going to do to stay at this weight, now you have achieved it?. There must be some maintenance plan or something.

they were on about this at group with someone the other week who has just reached target I think they said follow the plan but increase her HEB&A & monitor syns to maintain the weight....she was allowed to go + or - 3lb the target she had set without paying to attend group. Consultant31 would know the correct answer tho as to maintaining....Im deaf on one side after the op so dont always catch everything.....I could do with one of those big ear trumpets until they sort me my hearing aid out:rotfl: :o;)

    Hello ladies

God you can all natter, can't you? I'm gone for half a day and I've got 4 pages to catch up on. Glad to see everyone is doing so well.

Breakfast today (was actually lunch because I didn't get up until half 11 lol) 2 slices of melon, a mullerlight yoghurt and a cup of coffee

Lunch- Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich (2 slices of wholemeal) left over from the jacket spud I had the other day.

Tea tonight is one of those blue dragon chow mein sauces I've heard so much about with rice noodles, spring onion, mushrooms, chicken, chilli flakes, sweetcorn and beansprouts. Am making it up as I go along so if it's not good for me then someone let me know because not only do I not have a clue, I don't think cabbage or spinach will go too well with it and not a big fan of veggies. (Please don't suggest peppers, I really don't like them)

For grazing, a punnet of strawberries and some melon if I can fit it all in.

I'm doing well with not drinking. I just keep thinking of my wedding dress and realise that with every drink I have, I'm one step further away from fitting into it. Funny thing is my engagement ring is at the jewellers being made bigger. In a few months time it will need to be sent away to be made smaller again lol. Can't wait to get that gorgeous platinum and sparkly diamond ring on my finger, I'll have a grin on my face that will be seen from outer space :D

Keep up the good work girls, I'm depending on you to make me a skinny bride :p

*Edit to add, my syns for the day are nuts. I love nuts and now I know how many I can eat without going overboard. I've had 1 walnut, 3 brazil nuts, 1 almond and 4 hazelnuts. Mmmm, yummy!!
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

thanks trix -just looking through my book - how do you know what super free foods are - those with 'ss' symbol i take it?

i never noticed the 1/3 plate with ss free foods until reading it on here!

just found the puff pastry on sw website as 4205 syns - i guess il not be eating too much of that lol!

SS are super speed (foods that will speed weight loss up, berries are great especially at brekkie) I try eat a lot of these if I can especially when its time of month and I know Im not going to do very well

super free are any fruit or veg that are free whether you were on a red or green day (so not spuds, peas, corn etc) does that make any more sense ;) it took me a while to get my head around this....I was shovelling peas and corn down at first thinking I was haing loads of veggie stuff superfree:( duh!

Screamer - when are you getting married? I am getting wed in august next year and joined sw class last week to help me lose weight so I can find a lovely dress.

For breakfast I had fat free yoghurt and a nectarine and then a vegetable stir fry and salad for lunch and for dinner I am going to attempt to make chicken Kiev and chips from sw receipes.

Been to sainsburys to get food for the week and gave cleaned and tidied the kitchen. Got loads of ironing to do now.

We were also planning on getting married next August but we don't think funds will permit. We've got a rather large debt to repay (admittedly to family, but a debt nonetheless) so it will probably be the year after. Gives me plenty of time to lose the weight and stay at it though. I've already got my dress, shoes, tiara, flowers, my cousin's bridesmaid dress (she might have to go to slimming world too coz I'm not buying her a different one lol). Just need a nice large windfall and we'll be OK :-)

Took me ages to catch up when I logged on after shopping too....its gone mega busy :D

got me some more Blue Dragon sachets at ASDA 5 for £2 (thanks for that tip :T)

I used to hate peppers with a passion yuk.gifbut I figure I hated being fat more than I hated peppers.so it was worth the trade off....and if I stir fried them with spices I could manage them, now I eat loads and it gets my 1/3 superfree in easier too.;)

You're braver than me Dizzy. I can't count how many times I've thrown up eating peppers. There isn't many foods out there that make me physically sick but peppers are one and tomatoes are another.

Am just looking in my book for superfree foods, and am on the fruit page. I guess I'm doing well with them because I eat strawberries most days, melon I've got and got 2 limes in the fridge waiting for inspiration. Rhubarb i will be eating stacks of when I can get some coz I really love it. I won't touch bananas due to a drinking game on a booze up a couple of years ago. If I smell them I feel ill. As for the starchy vegetables and pulses, I'll eat the majority of them so will be good there. As soon as it stops raining I'll be going down to my allotment to see what's ready. If anything is, it will be coming home with me and eaten as soon as possible.

Food for tomorrow is sorted. Porridge for breakfast, maybe with a ryvita. Beans on toast for lunch and bacon, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms for tea. Maybe chuck in a couple of sweet chilli turkey sausages for my syns. MMMM, gettinh hungry now :-)

sounds like youve made a good start planning ahead there....well done :T just make sure you get some fruit in for the brekki and lunch to make sure that you're doing the 1/3 bit. MY oh's mum has been supplying me with regular rhubarb, broad & fine beans and rasberies from her allotment....but its coming to an end now...it will be blackberrys next :)
I got 2 tubs of frozen blueberries at asda today for £3 (should be £1.97 each) gonna give them a go in my morning yog with 28g dorset cereal simply fruity muesli (HEB)
not decided on tea yet, I had a sandwich today at lunch with that tiny bread with cottage cheese and chopped mixed salad that was soooooo tall I ate it with a knife and fork:rotfl: Im thinking maybe I might just knock up a quick carbonara and a bit of salad and a couple of satsumas as its quick and im feeling dizzy and lazy from walking shopping and a kitkat and 1 cube of dairy milk of course for later= 7syns :A

day 2 of the fairy free zone tho :D
