I am so glad my daughter can't read yet she would be horrified of what you lot do to the fairys;). In our house they bring her books if she has tried new foods (very fussy eater) so your all welcome to send them to Lowestoft.
oops sorry bout that LOL.... I think they would censor half of what I would like to do to them at times :silenced: dont wish for the food flinging fairies to be sent to you tho Turbo.......they're a blimmin force to be reckoned with!
I might me a bit out of touch here (been a long time since mine was a little un) but maybe you could swap the book fairies for the much nicer Rosie and Jim:D0 -

WI this morning [nearer lunchtime as kept putting it off after the week I've had IBS wise] BUT..........
lost 1lb AND............ am FINALLY at previous target

Hard part is now staying there
Susan hate to say this but I have a pair of skinny jeans [even say skinny in the back of them]. I bought them last time I was this weight and they got too small. NOW the damn things are too BIG but I wear them anyway, was sooooooo chuffed when I got into them again though.
Turbo I'll come round and help motivate you, I'm up the road in Norwich :rotfl:
Good luck everyone you too WILL get to target, if I can do it [twice] you can do it too [or else
].
Joking aside I took the scenic route both times and I'm not saying it was a breeze but if you have the motivation and are determined, it will happen, and we're all behind you [probably eating the crumbs you drop :rotfl:]. I will be staying right here to keep me on track. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Afternoon everyone... lots to catch up on since I left you all teatime last night.
Hello to the new faces
I forgot to post my plan yesterday but I was good..I had 13 syns altogether so on track. I've looked through my plan for the week ahead... I need to get more SS in as I want a good loss this week... I may even do some jumping up and down exercises....maybe
Today (EE)
B - (already had) 2 little toast, dry (B) half tin tomatoes (F) Mushrooms (F) SF Fried Egg (F) 2 trimmed bacon (F) 5g butter for the shrooms (1.5)
L - Ham (F) Salad (F) potato salad (F)
D - H/m pizza (6 for base & A for cheese) Salad (F)
Snx - 2 ryvita (3) quark (F) tom & basil leaves (F) Quark mixed with 1 tbsp nutella (4) with blueberries, banana & mango.
14.5 syns
I do have an options sachet to use instead of nutella which would reduce the syns slightly but this is a taste test so happy to use them.
Have a good one today everyone xx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
