All these light weights [pardon the pun] going off to bed [sigh]
Ok thats a sign of my sense of humour [b4 I upset anyone] Susan I think we're on the same wave length humour wise. The fox thing was my sense of humour but not always understood
Anyway today I have mostly been eating:
B/L - weetabix milk [a] coffee
T - HM lasagne [was yumdiddlyscrumscious] quorn mince, mushrooms, onions, passata, herbs & garlic. Cheese sauce [quark, ff fromage + cheese [a] on top], HM flatbread [not sure about syns but not had any today so call it 15]
Snacks - was going to have melon, pineapple + muller but too stuffed.
Syns - 15?
Had to lay down rather quickly b4 tea as nearly fainted, not sure whats up but not been right all day. Not too bad at the moment though. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning susan6780 & lynzpower and anyone else awake, dull and raining here:mad: was going to bike the kids to my nan's about 4 miles away got up early as well to get ready. I hope it stopes in the next hr.
Lynzpower I find exra easy hard cause of making sure i eat 1/3 of super free food and I have to think where as red & green days come second nature to me. I think i'll get back into the zone of losing the weight again then I give it a try.
I am so glad my daughter can't read yet she would be horrified of what you lot do to the fairys;). In our house they bring her books if she has tried new foods (very fussy eater) so your all welcome to send them to Lowestoft.
Right off to eat breakfast fry up I think
Have a good day everyone xGC July £250/0 -
Hi Turbo
I read that it doesnt have to be 1/3rd of each plate, more 1/3rd of what you eat. Does that make sense? So a massive fruit salad for breakfast and pudding would outweigh say egg on toast at lunch
I try to eat half of each meal, I dont always manage it but I am coming up with new things all the time
I also find the recipes here http://www.vegsoc.org/cordonvert/recipes/index.html good for inspiration. Especially for "sides" to make the meal up to 1/3rd free.
I definately need to get some filo pastry today to try out more of these Vegsoc recipes, such as onion tartlet or mushroom filo parcels ( have made these before they were fab)
http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/160417-third-super-free.html heres a good discussion on minimins about this point:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Morning Turbo
Its all gloomy here now too,i have a food processing chopper thing and i whizz carrots in it til they are mush and sneak them into most dishes,a side salad is always good to boost the veg thingy and as Lynz said a fruit salad is always good,i get pineapple and cut it into long fingers, they're great for snacking on,or peel a few carrots to munch, all superfree!
i tend to grate my HEA allowance cheese in a morning and then if a jp and beans looks sad,or a salad needs an oomph then i add my cheese,i'll think of some more and add them as i go,if i cook too much veg i put them in bowls in the fridge and add them into the next meal,it gets easy to do if you get into the 'swing' of it
enjoy your day girls, (and guys?)
my kettle blew up today,so thats my washer, fridge ish and kettle all in one week! good job you all have my hand else i'd be in the bin by now
thank you xx0 -
oooh 1 more thing, has anyone heard that song by Plan B,he calls me 'lardy bum' how does he know??0
