Awwww thats really very sweet of you but we have to go out anyway for a few bits....so I always grab some when Im running low. I was a bit put out at first when I saw the syn value on some (the highest I think is 9 a pack) But (as my clever oh pointed when you share it youre only actually having half of that.....FAB!!!Im a true thick blond at times...think they removed an important part of my brain in the op lol) beats the local takeaway on price if nothing else eh sweet chilli&garlic, hoi sin&black bean are my faves at the mo ....both work out at 4.5 when shared with oh:T

My tea was super scrummy:D except I had a prob swallowing the bits of pork.....but Im in love with Blue dragon stir fry sachets (for the syns the easiness and the price)

Evening everyone

Just caught up from last night - big thanks to everyone who replied to my posts - I can't remember all your names but I've thanked you all!! I'm finding it inspirational and realising that I'm not the ony one with other health problems so thankyou for your support. I don't post very often but I will be reading with enthusiasm and it's nice to have a great bunch of people to talk to.

todays menu for me has been

breakfast - yogurt and banana

lunch - AH tangy tomato couscous (syns?) with tomatoes, mushrooms,spring onions,cucumber and pepper

dinner - SW chips, egg and beans & 2 bowls of yummy cheesecake (9.5)

snacks - apple, orange, pear,

HEa - 6 cheese triangles
HEb - 6 crackerbread & 2 Alpen light bars

Now considering the time and the fact that i have had no snacks today nor any HE a's or b's yet, i dont think im going to bed hungry tonight am i?
