Dose it matter on red or green days if you don't have both A's & B's?

its ok if you only have 1 HE'a but youre meant to have both HEb's, thats the way i read it anyway

    This is today's eating:

Breakfast: 0%fat greek yoghurt/Onken fat free strawb yogurt, strawberries, blue berries

lunch: wholewheat cous cous (added onion granules, salt pepper, pinch of dried chillies) with leftover h/m meatballs in tom. sauce and cauliflower from last night

Tea: h/m wedges with Asda hot and spicy chicken breast and a tomato salad (tom, balsamic vinegar, salt pepper, a bit of onion)

I have been so full today, even been to the cinema with the kids, thought that would be hard but they supported me and didn't munch on sweets etc. I took a tub of strawberries/ blueberries and a packet of french fries, which we shared.

And I filled up a sportsbottle with lots of ice and orange and mango s/f squash

For a nibble while watching tv tonight I will be making: a tall sundae glass with layers of yoghurt(strawb, vanilla & plain), s/f jelly, fruit (banana, strawb) and I am crumbling an Alpen light bar (choc and orange) through it as well. ( I know, I am greedy :o)

My consultant phoned tonight to see how I was doing and we had a chat.
If I am still in the mood for something later I will have the other alpen bar with a hot chocolate or can I have 2 ryvitas? That means splitting the HEB? is that allowed?

So far, so good and for once I am not dreading the weekend and falling off the wagon yet again.

Going into Keighley tomorrow to some of these so I can make a chow mein. They're on offer in Asda. Which ones do you like and I'll get you a couple! :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Ah man i keep missing all the chatter!!! I've been having such a laugh at some of the posts!! Well done to all the LOSERS!!!! :D:D Hello and welcome newbies!!!

Last night i was held hostage by those pesky fairies and was forced against my will to eat a white bread roll and drink a whole bottle of Jacques cider.. oh and one of those mini nutella pots you can buy with the tiny pots of jam in the supermarkets....

Today i managed to break free (sort of! lol)

    Today's munch (EE)

B - 2 x weetabix (heb) with milk (hea) raspberries and banana

L - noodle pot from a noodle bar - it was "vegetable stir fry" but was more like a veg chow mein. (7.5 syns - it wasn't as much as a normal chinese portion but thought i'd play safe!!)

D - Chicken, new pots and salad with tbsp of heinz light mayo (2) 2 tbsp of relish (2) and pickles

Drinks - 2 bottles of water, can of coke zero, white choc options (2.5)

Total syns 14 - a bit higher than i'd like but still within my limit.

Gonna try and be an angel tomorrow :) will do my usual saturday morning Tae Bo session (it stops me watchin saturday kitchen which makes me hungry lol) Its gonna be an EE day as my bro and sis are gonna attempt to make chilli con carne for dinner! Bless them. Luckily the sachet mix they gonna use works out 2 syns each :) a waste of syns maybe but i dont trust them with my spice box! lol.
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
