It looks like the fairies have moved out of Dizzy's place and moved in with Lynz. Caramel waffles indeed!! (no, not at all jealous)

Niandra's curry is looking and smelling awesome. Resally looking forward to it with the bhajis and syn free raita. I might have to syn it though because I can't have it without a bit of naan bread. It doesn't matter that much, not had any syns today yet. The 7up free will replace the usual can of beer or 6. The big test will be when OH is off work next week and wants a beerfest because he's been on call all week. Poor bloke, goes out earning a pittance so I can eat healthy food!! :-)

Yay for Susan and Ozzy, but I was looking forward to the eye candy hubby of yours ;-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

I tried to grow these but failed :(

You just use them in the same way you would a courgette? One is to slice sautee in garlic butter if you wanted to use syns for this or they can be baked with a little filling ( very little) like minced beef or a cheesey/ quarky thing. Im guessing also they can be grilled too, eg foreman or BBQ :)

And yes, ujst take the little stalk off ( here you seldom get the stalk) the blueberries

    Blueberries are my FAVE!

Ooo thanks I like the idea of stuffing them, I'll do that tomorrow.

    Evening everyone,

Thanks for all the lovely recipes. Lots of inspiration.

I do not like cous cous, mugshots, pasta and sauce, scan brans, cereal bars, the dodgy bread, yoghurt, quark..... Not a huge fan of chocolate either, apart from Hotel Chocolat carammel buttons and salted marble pralines :p

Last time at my first WI I lost 7lbs, the consultant piled up 14 packets of lard to show me what I had lost and I found that very motivating.

    Food today:
B - Muesli HEb, Skim HEa
L - banana (was stuck in meeting, need to plan better)
D - Curry and rice - padded out curry with peppers, courgettes, spinach and chickpeas, followed by melon and grapes

snacks - grapes, tomatoes, and probably more fruit later
syns - 4 in the curry I think between the oil and the coconut cream
drinks - tea (2 dashes milk, 1 syn), water

Not usually this restrained with my syns but I still feel rough .

Hi all, think I have been doing ok today, on easy options as seemed simpler for a fussy newbie like me! I had two slices of wholemeal bread with slice of ham and an apple for breakfast, for lunch I had jacket spud with tiny bit of cheese followed by a nectarine and for dinner I am having two thin sausages and small amount of mash and loads of veggies. I have low fat yogurt and satsuma for pudding.
Feeling inspired and motivated by all your receipes and so will go shopping this weekend so I can start making meals from scratch.

If it was last time it proves it is possible, amazing
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    Good evening

Well I have had a better day even thought my youngest had me up from 4am. I thought I would have a green day normal love them but struggled today. Didn't have the right food in the house and still can't get my head round extra easy.

Breakfast- quron sausages, eggs mushrooms, beans, tomato sauce 2syns
Lunch- pasta with cheese HA banana, yoghurt
Tea- pasta in sauce 1 syn, jacket potato, mushrooms, Cheese HA
Snacks - 3 crab sticks 3 syns, 3 yoghurts (not all at the same time) blueberrys, bananans, more pasta, cheese HB
still HB to have and only had 6 syns.

Dose it matter on red or green days if you don't have both A's & B's?
