Wow you lot have been nattering on without me
Glad to se everyone doing so well.
I finally found mugshot last week, and I wasnt impressed either. I dont like plain couscous but love the ainsley onesI dont mind a couple of the pasta and sauces and pot noodle but ONLY curry flavour or chicken and mushroom the rest are foul.
But there is so much choice with extra easy which I do and having nothing off limits means you can have what you like not what some diet tells you. For example I cannot stand grapefruit which is SUCH a feature of so many diets. I also cant bear any cold fish ( eg tuna or cold prawns) again that seems to be feaured in just so many diets. Yes you can have these on SW if you like them but plenty of choice for you if you dont- thank god!
I have been out all day and have walked about 15 miles and my feet feel like they will fall off
Not done so well on ,y 1/3rd superfree as have had
banana and yog for brek
1 packet of weightwatchers S&V hoops ( found a £land and they had loads in :j) 3.5 syns
2 alpen lites HEB
3 cans diet coke
and these tiny side salads that they have started to do at waitrose I doubt thy will be online yet. I bought a tabbuleh one but it was so minty I couldnt eat it, but the other I got was mixed beans and sweetcorn in a smokey tomato sauce. It was lovely! and iM going to recreate this myself. I have to syn this as it had oil in the dressing but there wasnt a lot of it to be honest so its max 2 unless anyone wants to tell me any different!
Going to have more fruit & yog now as Im quite hungry now
Dinner is salad, sweet potato wedges, burger in the foreman and HM coleslaw
Glad we have started to mention bowels (!) if you have 1/3rd superfree every day believe me screamer you wont have any problems :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I've been to the shops today and have 2 new items to try..
Blueberries - I think I can cope with these.. just one question... do you cut the weird stalky bit off before eating? or just pop and go?
the next one I need help on...
Patty Pans (I keep calling them panty pads... must remember as I don't think OH will be impressed when I tell him he has panty pads for dinner :rotfl:) I have no clue... the intramanet said steam them or put them in a casserole... but that seems dull.... any better ideas ladies?
thank you xx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
thats not good Take it Easy,i'm sorry i meant no malice by saying what i did and i understand they're pests and destructive and need to be culled etc,but there should be a more humane way of doing it,is this a bit political for a SW forum

Wasn't having a go at you, I live in the country and its part of life. I agree with you about hunting though, whatever they did to my chickens I wouldn't want them torn apart by a pack of dogs [even if thats what they did to my poor hens].
Please don't think I was having a go, was just venting bout the fox.Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I tried to grow these but failed
You just use them in the same way you would a courgette? One is to slice sautee in garlic butter if you wanted to use syns for this or they can be baked with a little filling ( very little) like minced beef or a cheesey/ quarky thing. Im guessing also they can be grilled too, eg foreman or BBQ
And yes, ujst take the little stalk off ( here you seldom get the stalk) the blueberries
Blueberries are my FAVE! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
