Is there a syn free/low syn recipe for lasagne out there? [ Bet MrsM knows one :D] I really fancy lasagne, hubby is gonna make a 'normal' one for him and chewy so I want a SW one for me. He's also making garlic bread but I [STRIKE]might[/STRIKE] will avoid that ;)

Today i have mostly been eating: [& feeling bloated]

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

L - 2 egg omelette, onions, toms, cheese [a], side salad [toms, cue, gem lettuce], exlite s/cream [1] oil spray [2] [Nice & light but still filling & slightly less bloated feeling]

T - probably only be pineapple, melon & muller as still full

Snacks - will try to fit in a fibre plus or oaty bar as HEb, have a bottle of water on the go too

Syns - 3 :o better than none though

Had a bit of a shock earlier when I heard my nephews little girl was rushed to hospital with a febrile convulsion as her temperature spiked. Shes ok now but was very scary at the time.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Thank you Lynz for your very kind words. Will bear them in mind!

Right, must go. Take care girlies (and boys of course) See you tomorrow :-) Be good!
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Well Id make it rather like normal lasange. I personally use quorn as im not keen on mince but lean mince is fine.

I usually add mushrooms to mine anyway along with onions, herbs and passatta/ tinned tomatoes

Then layer the lasange sheets ( also free) with quark or fromage frais. Dizzy said she outs eggs in hers ( i dont but I might now :) )

On the top your HEA cheese or syn the cheese your using?

Frozen garlic bread slices that go under the grill from iceland are only 5 syns each I have a weakness for those they have been talking to me for ages from the freezer. My sister said you can make G bread using HEB bread with spray flylite butter version and lazy garlic but I havent tried it yet ; )
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I only put eggs in for the top layer.....I dont really like to use cheese so the egg makes the top layer go firmer like its got a cheesy layer topping. the inbetween layers are just as normal

You will be able to go on SW site and look at their recipe archive once you get the password.....and they sell lots of books at group from £2.95 which aint half bad.....but its an expensive week 1st week so just have a mooch on the website 1st as it lists all the books they do on there

You can access the recipe archive as a non-member (without the password) http://www.slimmingworld.com/healthy_eating/recipe_archive.asp
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
