    Hi guys,

Been watching this thread for the last couple of weeks and picking up stacks of tips and ideas. :j

I had my first WI on Tuesday and have lost 3.5lbs. Really chuffed with that. :j

I'm off out tonight with the girls from work for a game of Bingo! First time I've been out 'on my own' for yonks sooooooooooo........ decided to grab a Tesco Light Options Chicken Tikka Massala with Yellow Rice to have when I get back. No time to eat before I go as I'm plastered in paint :o and need a good scrub first.

But I cannot find anywhere how many syns are in it. Can anyone help please?

9 on ee and green 12 1/2 on red have a great night out :D

Do you think normal mash would work just as well with the SF Bhajis? I like the sound of them as little snackettes dipped in some raita in front of the telly

Id have thought so as long as it were thick enough?

Sounds like a good use of leftovers

yes they would both be free on EE.....but you would have to make sure that you either had some veggie with the meal or finish with some fruit (so that you get the 1/3 superfree fruit or veg that ur supposed to have with each meal) :) I very often cant fit a veg with a certain meal.....so I just munch on some berries an yog or a couple of satsumas thru the evening

PMSL @ Dizzy and the bengal tiffin. The only thing I buy from there is fresh coriander if I've run out lol. It's by far the WORST Indian Takeaway I've ever been to. Had it once, never again!

Thank you Niandra for the recipe, might try it tomorrow. I like them hot but not too hot, OH loves them as hot as possible. Syn free bhajis sound nice though, will have to try and find the recipe when I've got a bit more time. Have got to go and make myself presentable (not that it's going to work with only 1 pair of jeans in the whole house that actually fit :-(

Wish me luck. Oh, and whoever pointed out that the poppadoms are 2.5 syns each, that explains where I went wrong yesterday because I had a full pack of 8. Oops!!

Still having wobbles, am a bit scared!! I really hate being this weight and can see it's going to be really hard work to get lighter :-(
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

Damn! I had two yesterday and bought more for the freezer. Is it just the burgers that have syns now? I hope the standard quorn sausages dont as I have tonnes of them!

Just the burgers are 1/2 syn - some of the sausages do have a syn value but the standard (bangers or cumberland) ones do not have any syns - good job as i stocked up in tesco last night!

IMO the tesco meatfree burgers are alot nicer (taste more 'meatier'! and better 'realer' texture!) for the same amount of syns - i used to have them as a treat when the quorn ones were free!

Still undecided on what to have for tea tonight - might go with vege scotch egg with sw chips, beans & quorn sausages - but did fancy quorn lasange or quorn meatballs & spagetti

So many choices! But i have to keep in mind that i won't be able to do many messy things cos i'm getting a spray tan at 7.30 (trial for my wedding in 4 weeks!:o) and won't be able to shower until the morning!:(
