You know you mentioned the 'best of the worst' - what's the 'best' things she WILL eat - or have I misunderstood and that's ALL she'll eat?

That's all she'll eat...but I did add in that she'll occasionally have a bite of toast every few weeks!!

She eats what I listed on page 1...and that's about it, except the odd bite of toast every couple of weeks.

It was a rhetorical question, when you asked if she had an eating disorder I'm afraid.

I didn't give her anything...she's not crying anymore but still not sleeping, I can hear her moving around in her bed!

For today though, I think I would offer something you know she eats but not a treat like ice cream.

Although, it IS nearly 10pm, so hopefully she's in bed asleep now! lol If she's got up, a piece of toast will be fine, but nothing sweet as that will give her a boost! At this time of night, she needs sleep more than food. Just give her a bigger breakfast in the morning if she'll eat it, and start with your new ideas tomorrow. Good luck!

    What's a typical breakfast?
    With what drink.

Oh I do feel sorry for you OP, I have a son that went from trying anything to only liking certain foods and it is hard. I saw House of Tiny Tearaways one time and a kid on there would only eat yoghurts and they got him to eat other stuff, I think they just focused on the positives and ignored the negatives. E.g. when he said he didn't want something just ignore him, but praise him for what he did eat. It's so difficult with eating though isn't it as you don't want to make it a problem. I shouldn't worry too much about it, as long as she's getting some food inside her, then it should be ok, she may grow out of it. Me and my sister wouldn't touch fruit or veg when we were small, still don't really and we're still alive!
