well possibly but I think I'd rather have a battle over something of nutrtional value than introduce something that could be very well liked but is not very accessable or worth while on a daily basis.

Interesting debate - good night now though

    That's the whole point though.

hmm yes didn't think of that, i only use the noggy bit of the bread to make it as he wouldn't eat a whole round one but mix the cheese with an egg and bake it, he doesn't notice :D

Does it make any difference if when you give her food on a plate, it's made into shapes or a picture?

I'll just answer this quickly before I go...

    No, it doesn't!

We've tried all sorts of funny shaped things like arranging cut up bits of bread and ham to look like FiFi's head :rotfl:

I was a very fussy eater and went through a phase of not wanting to eat chips. All I lived on at uni was basically pasta and some form of meat in a sauce with either rice of pasta. (in my defence, that's all I can cook)

I'm not as bad now and will eat most things.

He will only eat, mash potatos, sausages, nuggets, fish fingers, chips (sometimes) chicken and that is about it, if i ask him what he wants for dinner it's always 'sausage and tata please'

A little bit shocked by this... When we were growing up, we never got any say in what was for dinner - you either had to like it or lump it... We learned to like it very quckly, or else go hungry...

Having said that though, I don't recall any huge upsets or difficulties with not wanting to eat. As a Chinese family I think we were all genetically programmed to have a great interest in food and eating!:D

    mum was lucky I suppose...
