well possibly but I think I'd rather have a battle over something of nutrtional value than introduce something that could be very well liked but is not very accessable or worth while on a daily basis.
Interesting debate - good night now though
That's the whole point though.
Food isn't a battle, it's an experience.0 -
hmm yes didn't think of that, i only use the noggy bit of the bread to make it as he wouldn't eat a whole round one but mix the cheese with an egg and bake it, he doesn't notice0

Does it make any difference if when you give her food on a plate, it's made into shapes or a picture?
I'll just answer this quickly before I go...
No, it doesn't!
We've tried all sorts of funny shaped things like arranging cut up bits of bread and ham to look like FiFi's head :rotfl:Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10

I was a very fussy eater and went through a phase of not wanting to eat chips. All I lived on at uni was basically pasta and some form of meat in a sauce with either rice of pasta. (in my defence, that's all I can cook)
I'm not as bad now and will eat most things.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

A little bit shocked by this... When we were growing up, we never got any say in what was for dinner - you either had to like it or lump it... We learned to like it very quckly, or else go hungry...
Having said that though, I don't recall any huge upsets or difficulties with not wanting to eat. As a Chinese family I think we were all genetically programmed to have a great interest in food and eating!:D
mum was lucky I suppose...0
