    Good point there, not such a good idea to overpay the mortgage when other more profitable opportunities exist.

    Obviously thats your're opinion,whilst i don't brag about it does it make it any less unbelieveable,than someone who cribs about loss of savings interest income.

    As for the low rates,i'm well covered whether they rise or not.
