Still not got mine... but dreamt it turned up last night and there was a hairdryer in it and lots of nice hair stuff and makeup lol

Mine arrived at around 4pm yesterday, so it might arrive later than you expect. Fingers crossed they arrive today for you all. I was dreaming about mine too before I received it

I got my box this morning but I had no idea I was getting it so was a fab surprise. I've got Kerastase and label m stuff and some hair brushes, worth around £65 I reckon.

Yeah still waiting on mine, I e-mailed on Monday to ask if they got the correct address as I asked them to send it to work and they replied to say yes. But didn't mention when I should expect to receive it - which I did ask. Random!

Hope it turns up today as not in work tomorrow or Friday!

Well I got mine today but I am very very dissapointed - it was open and there was only 4 products in it all moisturising hair mousses. I think it's obvious most of the products have been stolen out of mine. I am going to e-mail them now. My hair is very fine and long so I can't use moisturising products as it will make it go even flatter than a pancake. I know I should appreciate the small amount I got but my wins have been very small this year and this was the best thing I have won and I can't tell you how thrilled I was when I got the e-mail so I am really dissapointed :-(

That's such a shame, you'd think being sent by courier they would be safe. It seems they didn't take much notice of hair types for everyone, I got gels for spiking hair. I would never and have never used a gel on my hair especially for spiking, my hair is shoulder length!! This has been my main win so I know the disappointment you are feeling, especially when we've been waiting so long to get them

I emailed them about the missing eyeliner I was supposed to be testing but not yet heard back - do email them as you don't want to get billed for the products you didn't receive.
