well finally, it's here!

a mix of shampoos and conditioners, and the odd serum/spray

11 products in all, from Kerastase, Label M, KMS California, Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, Matrix, Batiste and John Frieda.

Have done my maths and they add up to roughly £120. Very pleased, and off now to wash my hair ...

Hope everyone else doesn't have to wait too much longer, and last but not least, THANK YOU princess-pixiedust!

Mine has just arrived, the box was already OPEN with bottles rolling around and the envelope had been opened. there are missing lids and lids that dont fit and I have no idea whether I have all the items or not, I received a couple of mousses and hairsprays

that's terrible, and after all this waiting too.

my box had also been opened, and very flimsily resealed with parcel tape - however as I have 11 products, I imagine this is the full quota, but you should contact them about yours (and the person who only got two shampoos)
