I have 4 items, I'm just worried that they will charge me as I wont be able to fairly complete the trial without the correct products. CityLink arent usually this bad, maybe the boxes were sent out not properly sealed. On closer inspection of the parcel tape it was folder over on itself so wouldnt have stuck down. It was sent next day delivery too, guess the team at hair magazine were really rushing to get these out

I also recieved my delivery yesterday. The box was open aswell/or not correctly sealed. I emailed them as I was supposed to have eyeliner in the box, and there was none. They stated to disregard it.

I'm also bit disappointed as I have long straight hair and I have 4 spiking gels to test. So I cant test them, my partner will have to try them out.

Still I cant be ungrateful I have mascara and eyeshadow which I am pleased to test.

SavvyBunny may be worth an email to them, they reply quickly

Just thought that I'd add that my box was also partly open too and as I've received no email I'm not sure whether I had everything I was supposed to have!

I got mine today... huge box and only 6 products in it. All hairsprays and hair mousse, some nice one aveda... used one of them already to make my hair better today. Bit dissappointed no shampoos or condititioners but looking forward to using them.

Just checked my emails and it wasn't that comp I said I used Kerastase stuff in... that was another. What a plank. Gawd, no idea what I'll get now :/

Didn't really want to chase as I'm not having to wait in (it's coming to work address), but I'm not very good with suspense! Still tappity tap tapping. Might go up to the post room at work to see if it's here yet.

Firstly - thank you princess pixiedust!!

I've got 15 items from the following catagories:

    Serum for thick hair/curls
    High street moulding styler
    Under £5 shampoo
    Under £5 conditioner

Total of stuff is about £100... I'm dead chuffed!!

Can anyone tell me what to do with 'moulding stylers'? They look like something for short hair, but I have long curly...

    Anyway, thanks again princess pixiedust!!!
