Hair Magazine 'judges', the boxes are on their way!

I have just e-mailed them - I haven't even got any paperwork with mine so I can't even take part sooooo disappointed. I hope they e-mail back.

I noticed reading back through this thread people seemed to know what categories they were testing, does it state this on the paperwork?? I guess thats why mine is missing so I don't know what I am actually missing if that makes sense.

Ditto! And I don't want to seem ungrateful as I'm really pleased I won, I just feel a bit messed around as I have had no reply to my email and my Mum's having to wait in for it now. I just wish they'd let us know so we're not in a quandary

Yea, I received 4 pieces of paper in an envelope with my name on, one for each category I have to judge and I have to select a winner and runner up, and it tells you what to take into consideration. Hope they reply to yours soon - I haven't heard back yet but someone earlier in the thread said they reply quickly.

so excluding the product i cant find a price for mine comes to over £100! very chuffed!

I asked my bf to see if he could fit in the box I received mine in and he could with the top almost closed Bit OTT for 1 jiffy bag of products!

I just received an email response to one I sent yesterday afternoon asking where my box was, it says

The last boxes were sent yesterday on an overnight courier so you should hopefully receive your products by the end of today. Do let us know if you haven’t received anything by Friday. Apologies for the delay.

And they were really helpful about the missing item so hopefully all your boxes will arrive today!
