How can you test 4 lots of hairdye before 2nd August? Do it in sections and go multi-coloured? :rotfl:

Aww PPD What a shame that you can't use some of these products, they don't sound very organised this year but I am grateful for anything :D :j
  • I got mine today - my neighbour brought it round! It had come yesterday but they never bothered to leave a card.
I've got a good selection of products including Kerastase and Redken. They're all for sun exposed hair too. Really happy with what I was sent :T

So, got my box today and I have to say I am one of the lucky ones - 17 products to test in the following categories:

High Street Shine Spray - 4 products including Toni and Guy and Mark Hill
Professional Moulding Styler (? - I have long hair) - 5 items including Tigi and Osis
Under £5 Shampoo - 4 products - pantene, naked, head and shoulders
Under £5 conditioner - 4 products - gliss, naked, pantene

Can't wait to get showering! Thanks to the op :)

I got mine yesterday and I got four mousse products. I am not complaining that I only got four products and other people got lots because thats just the way it is and it is a trial not a win (I had about 10 products last year) but I don't use mousse as I straighten my hair and my hair is big and mad enough as it is. I think they got lost on who should have been trialling what. I wish I got the straightening stuff.

I find it strange that in 2 of the categories I have to test (HIGH Street shampp for curls) I only have 2 products to test, so one is going to have to win and one is going to have to be a runner up no matter how bad it is! makes me think I am not going to believe any of the awards I see in the magazines anymore!

Are they the Mark Hill and Tommyguns ones by any chance? I am testing High Street shampoo and conditioner for curls too, but also travel-sized products - I've got full sized bottles of the above two products but also a couple of other shampoo and conditioners for curly hair that are in travel-sized bottles so I'm not really sure which category I'm meant to be testing them for!

Mine has just arrived too.. the box and envelopes are open and some of the products are damaged. Also they sent me products for dyed blonde hair when I sent them a description and photo with dyed red hair. Not sure what else I can do other than email them which I did straight away. However, I emailed them over a week ago asking if they would send it to my work address but they never replied and it was sent to my home address - luckily they rang the doorbell properly for once (as Citylink never bothered doing that with my replacement mccain camera - so I never got that! - another story ;)
Should I phone them? I am disappointed by how my mail has been tampered with and damaged - maybe even stolen items as well as being sent things that I cannot actually use. I realise the items are free but I still feel let down.

They phoned me shortly after and are now sending me one hairdye for red hair and apoligised for the mix up.
They also phoned me today to ask if I will be a retail online judge - they will be sending me some money via special delivery to buy hair products from 5 websites and rate them. I am looking forward to it!
Thank you to all of the posters for their hard work!
