That is pretty much how I have felt these last 4 weeks eric, with added temp and raging thirst.
Sorry your results not so good and more delays.

So Beanie: where are we dancing the night away this weekend?:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    That sounds tough! :(

I hope you get a diagnosis and effective treatment very soon.

    I hope you've had a smashing day.

Crikey! I've not been on here for a few days, and had to catch up on about 7 pages of chat. Lovely to hear all your news and views, but can we please have a food !!!!!! alert when we're mentioning Jamaican ginger cake *drools*:rotfl:

Thanks for the chart Fred, and sorry I forgot to post... not that it was anything other than a STS. Manically busy day, not near the PC meant I couldn't contribute. Please include me in next month's 5lb challenge.

Fellpony - how you're able to focus on weightloss, whilst dealing with the worry of your daughter's illness is remarkable. I'll be keeping everything crossed for you all for the beginning of September. How is she coping?

BB & Eric - I'm sorry to hear both of you aren't feeling so good still.

margaretclare - congratulations! Great loss again this week, so you're clearly doing something very right at the moment.

Victory - as you know I share your dilemma with having an overweight child. My 12 y/o sounds just like your lad. I just share with him my own feelings about being overweight, and tell him I totally understand how he feels when clothes don't fit him, and he gets tearful. I've reassured him that I am going to help him all I can, we'll do it together, and he's even asking me to go out on bike rides with him. I just need to find him filling, healthy meals, and plan them out.
Congratulations to your DS on his exam results. I truly believe they get the results they deserve, so his hard work has clearly paid off.

Well it's been a busy week here again, supporting a couple of friends who are having problems in their lives. Went on a marathon drive with OH up to north of Newcastle to deliver a bike, next day baking birthday cakes, taking the children to see Toy Story 3D - I cried! Sorting out the house still, shopping for school shoes, uniform, and college wear.... and now it's Friday already!

Please to also report GCSE success here in the Sarymclary household. DS2 passed all his exams, and gained the grades he needed to get onto his college course. He's had his enrollment day, and starts in a week. He's also got another new job, with a payrise to boot! Hopefully he can just keep his nose clean, stay out of trouble, and focus on the positives in life.

Food has been whatever is in the house, as I've tried to avoid shopping this week, to counteract the cost of all the clothes and school shoe horror purchases.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
