A loss for me!
I've actually lost 1.5 lbs!
Woo!:j
I'm sure its a mistake as i've eaten way too much chocolate and ice cream (ben and jerrys deals are bad..) But i'm not arguing!
I've hopefully had the valet refund the 90 pounds for the damage caused to my car and im thinking of getting a rescue cat. so productive week really!Mortgage free wannabe!:

Well done on your loss Shell...
this cat wouldnt happen to be one that was rescued from a wheelie bin in coventry would it?
at least the ninety quid would be more than enough to pay for it to be de-smellified i bet it would need that after spending so long in amongst the rubbish.
i've never had ben n jerrys (or haagen das) ice cream, the price puts me off a bit, surely it cant be that much different from other ice cream can it?
Mazza Melvis MC & Eric - well done this week again!
Victory - Whatever you decide, it's good that you take responsibility (as parent's should) there are too many that just let their [STRIKE]kids[/STRIKE]children do as they please, eat what they want etc.
Talking about teenagers (ok I know your lad is still only 10 Vic) but I remember when I was younger my brother didn't eat much at all most ofthe time and then every so often when he was having a "growing spurt", for a week or so at a time he would eat vast quantities of food:like a couple of kilos of pasta maybe with another kilo of cheese melted onto the top of it, and he would polish that lot off within an hour or two and still be hungry....and every time I hear that dirty word "exercise"
I wash my mouth out with chocolate ;-)0 -
Its funny really because its the people above the generation now who have created the generation we live in today. Something has gone wrong somewhere!0

Thanks for the chart and the quote Fred. It's lovely and motivating to see all the losses, commiserations to all the gainers like me. Why is it so hard!
Could I please join the 5lb challenge for next month.
Victory, great news about your son's GCSE's, and your weight loss is amazing! I'd be swishing away non-stop, if I'd lost anything like that much. I'm with you on the kids and healthy eating/exercise. They really don't need all the junk and sweets that is sold in shops. Home cooked and nutritious is so much better. I read your story of your parents/familiy's reaction to your weight gain as a child, the other day, and my heart went out to young Victory! I thought my family were bad were bad with their constant comments, but being embarrassed like that must have been so painful for you! Our kids are lucky to have more understanding and sensitive parents than we did.
Hi Fellpony, nice to meet you and good luck, I'm sure you'll do great at Slimming World.
Well done efrieze, Melvis, Eric, Mazza, Margaret, Shell, Fred, *Kat*, Puddings and Beanie on your losses!! You go guys. :T:T:T
I'm giving up until next month, OH has bought beers and treats in the bank holiday sales,:o so I'm going to go with the flow and have another new start next month. He works so hard, and I don't want to spoil his long weekend off for him. I will try to get some extra exercise (walking) in though, no excuse not to with the long weekend. Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.
