Hmmm, something's going wrong here, depsite my best efforts over the last week all my numbers are going in the wrong direction - weight is up, body fat is up, water is down
Fred - can you take me off the chart for now please, don't want to bring the overall group scores down so will stay off until I've got this all sorted and am heading back in the right direction again.
Only thing I can think of is the menopause, until that passes maybe I won't make any progress? I'm not using HRT or anything, I'm just trying to let it happen and cope as best I can.£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

I dont know if other people on here agree, but in my opinion we're all in this together so pleeese don't take yourself off Fred's chart!
Don't worry about your effect on the overall group score, we're a sort of team so that means supporting one another through the ups and the downs.0 -

Well I feel my weight loss journey is now going to take a nose dive. Boss put me out on a duty with 23 blocks of flats knowing fine well that my knee doesn't hold up too well doing flats. Done it yesterday knee swollen at end of the day, hot bath and handful of pills sorted it out. He put me on same duty today, told him my knee wouldn't last to end of the week on that duty because of the flats. He said he'd see what he could do, so i trudges out and does it, knee is now double it's normal size, and in bloody agony!!! So will need to have a couple of days off for recovery. I was supposed to be on rehab with my knee injury where he built me up slowly to a full duty, I have been on half duty since November, done the occasional full duty, but ones without the stairs, then all of a sudden yesterday, bang, you're out on a full duty with all the stairs. Had the feeling this would happen due to me having a go at the bullying manager. Was such a lovely 2 weeks at work with the bullying manager off and the real manager on holiday. Actually had someone in charge who knew what he was doing. I've got to the stage now, I wish they would just let me go. I can't resign for financial reasons, but am getting rather p1$$3d off with all in there. Customer managed to rip all the skin off my finger too by grabbing a packet thru the letterbox when i was posting it, needless to say she didn't answer the door when I hammered on it or shouted thru her letterbox.
Anyhoo, not been a great day, DS wanted to go for breakfast, been so long since I had one that I decided to join him. Fat on a plate! Now going to hobble off to tesco for some fresh fruit for my hunger pangs.
Happy Birthday Margaret
BB lots of hugs my non slimming support buddyI often think of you struggling on despite your pain and suffering.
Eric - What can I say. Well done you!!!! Keep up the great work, how much more do you have to lose, or am I being rude by asking that question?
Bettyb trampoline? Eek I'd be scared to bounce on it, just incase my weight wouldn't make it bounce back and I'd be stuck to the floor :rotfl:
Bindi - hugz, but keep it to yourself!!!
Hezza - Can be all sorts of factors. But keep pluggin away at it, don't give in now, keep up the active lifestyle and low fat diet and you will certainly feel better for it.
Anyhoo, think i'm trying to postpone the hobbling round tesco, so best get moving, thankfully it's a 24 hour one. Probably take me til that time to get to the bread aisle :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
Happy birthday margaret! Hope youre friend is going to be ok, i wish him the best.
My good friend has been suffering with alot of headaches lately, she collapsed at the doctors and is now going for scans on her head. Im hoping shes going to be ok. I think a trip to my local cathedral will be in order this week.
Eric: Thanks! I only consumed 760 calories!!!! hahaha JESUS. But it was worth it, i had a cracking time with cracking friends and i would consume double if it meant doing it again with them.0
