Sary, didn't do the zumba, but did the salsa based one, which i believe is very similar, but not quite as exhausting, was great fun, but my knee didn't hold out, so only managed 3/4 of the class.

As Missy said, it's quite hard to keep up with the steps, especially if ure like me and have absolutely no coordination or rhythm :rotfl:

Had a bit of a binge day yesterday, not a good start to the dieting week or the next challenge, but guess my mood was just a bit low to start with. Back on track today and have been extra specially good just to make up for yesterday :A:A:A:A:A

any low fat recipes for sugar free jelly ? please
dont know if you could call it a recipe but i like to get some mixed berries (sainburys basics £1 /bag) make up about two litres of jelly, add the frozen berries to the hot jelly mix (that will help it cool and set faster) and spilt into 4 dishes . when ready to eat, add some low fat aerosol cream (about 15 calories per swirl) and sprinkle a crumbled meringue over the top. Would really love to have custard to make it more like a trifle but cant justify the calories in custard :-(

I'm off now to climb some more stairs... target is 18000+ stairs in the 4 weeks... and i'm nackered already!

Well still using the food up from freezer, and doing without other stuff til it's empty. Until I was serving up a very fattening steak pie, when I dropped 2/3 of it in the floor. Ended up with fish fingers instead :rotfl:

puds sainsburys does no added sugar custard that I use all the time or try the banana and custard muller lite yog and pour some of that over:D

I feel really flat and unhappy .been to work and boss is being very awkward, curt with his answers, only speaks to me if he really absolutely has to, talks to me like I am idiot twonk that he really can't be bothered with, doesn't answer me if I ask him a question, I have to ask it over and over to get him to look at me, acknowledge I am there and then bother himself to answer, I feel humiliated, bad that I am letting someone talk or rather not to me in that manner, seems unnecesary and no I never once said oke dokey. It seems it is just me

Vic,sounds like workplace bullying to me. What options do you have? i dont know what sort of place you work in, but if it's a big company, do you have a HR dept?
If yes then its gotta be better to talk to them about the situation rather than not... can it be worse than it is at the moment?

Lloyds chemist, I just find it hard to understand why me? Sure at the beginning I made some mistakes and now OH says they have me down as a twonk and will not shift their view of me, that I am surpless to requirements, that I don't fit in as only been there a year versus the others that have been there decades, that I have shown myself to be very dispensable, the options are to stay for the certificate that qualifies me as a health care assistant , should have another job lined up but have none so will loose the money and the job and need both
