When we went to the 60th birthday party they had a whole display of these, we were very sceptical about letting our youngest have one because of the icing, everyone kept saying one won't harm, it will be fine, let him have one, he is only young, he did have one and the next 20 minutes he was dancing on the dance floor with no music on all alone having a whale of a time while everyone was laughing at him when he had his sugar rush:rotfl::rotfl: my OH licked the top of one and he said it made his teeth itch so don't be fooled by how pretty they look, you are not missing anything:D

    Vixarooni ...
I know you have a lot going on in your head now, and it's not all just to do with the end of your relationship. Make a list, of all the things that you want to resolve or change, or do. Don't set yourself particular dates to deal with them, but focus on each one at a time, rather than feel you have to keep all the 'plates spinning' at the same time, otherwise you'll feel overwhelmed. Then make another list of all the things that you have in your life that are positive (I can think of lots, and I don't even know you that well: degree, parents, friends, love, etc.). Imagine where you'd like to be, or what you'd like to be doing 5 years from now, imagine how it would feel, and think of what it will take to achieve it. Keep that positive thought in the back of your head, to keep you going when you are feeling down.
Some good advice there Sarah, you have such a wise head on skinny shoulders :-)
Vixarooni, if you can't moan groan cry and grumble with total honesty and openness on an anonymous chat forum then where can you?

Thanks for sharing the photo of your lunch Eric! Sorry, the blue food colouring doesn't appeal to me at all.

Ive got some extra part time work for a few weeks starting Monday. The money's rubbish but hours are flexible which is what i need and it's going to force me to leave the lazy solitude of my computer desk and start doing something moderately active, if only for a few hours. Add that to all this stair climbing and long dog walking...i'm hoping for double figures on wednesday
