Ok, Lol, wondering why we're tlaking about delicious chocolate orange on a weight loss topic *dies* haha.
Anyway, yeah I weigh myself on the kitchen floor, same place. It's weird. Could it be the battery is failing or something?0 -

I buy my supplements from Sainsburys, as they seem very keenly priced. I also take 2 Fish Oil capsules a day, of the high dosage variety, and have stuck at it for several weeks now, and funnily enough my painful shoulder, that used to make me up in the night it ached so much, has miraculously stopped hurting now.
A friend of mine on facebook as just posted a link to this site, and I'm going to give it a go: www.graze.com They send snack boxes weekly of superfoods, low GI snacks, healthy 5 a day snacks. You can tailor your preferences according to what you prefer, so for me I have said don't send me olives, but I do like nuts, seeds, healthy flapjack or focaccia, berries and dried fruits. I'm going to try it for 1 week, the 1st box is free, and the 2nd is half price at £1.64. You can cancel any time, so I'm aiming for 2 boxes in 1 week, and see what I think. I thought it would be ideal to stop me snacking on bad things mid-morning/afternoon.
Right, off to do some veggies to go with the healthy sausages we've got for tea.
sary - i got my evening primrose oil from boots. it's got vitamins in too. i have no idea what dosage it is though and it doesn't say on the tub which is odd. will look for supermarket own brand rather than boots in the future maybe.
Now, on the topic of Graze.com - i feel like a bit of an expert here. The snacks are nice and techically 'healthy' BUT no one from graze comes to your house and stops you eating the contents of the box in one go!!!
It's very easily done as the portions are teeny tiny, and delicious, but also calorific! I know things like seeds and nuts are good for you but i only got graze delivered once a week and i felt i was consuming extra calories for the sake of it.
So yeh it is a good idea and I def reccomend its MSE credentials as it's a lot cheaer than buying a big bag of nuts, and they are very tasty treats indeed, but you need to have willpower (unlike me!!)
I ended up cancelling mine after about 6 months. Were twins! Im the same weight. Technically im 5'2.5, but i always round that up ha!
Me too!!! If you say 'and a half' at the end of your height people think it's odd!lolI think you're about my age too, spoooky!
hahaha!! I feel like that when my fat splurges over the sides! I actually hate wearing my jeans now.
ugh me too vix and leggings make me feel like i'm preggo! what size are you? if you dont mind me asking? just out of interest cos of the same height/weight thing...Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
Why Put Off Until Tomorrow What You Can Do Today? :A0 -

Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our 4 SoTW Bex2002, efrieze, Mazza111 and Melvis
Well done to all the losers and stsers - and commiserations to the gainers.
This weeks quote is from Thomas A. Edison: "Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."
The MSE North v South Loser challenge:
As you can see at the bottom of the chart there are 3 teams:
Buckfast Beauties and Southern Stunners are the 2 teams where people have declared a starting weight and the teams % loss will be recorded as people post their weekly result. (If your name is highlighted yellow I've not received a starting weight from you yet).
The Inbetweeners are people who don't wish to post a starting weight but will tell me their % loss each week - this will be totalled and averaged out according to the number of team members each week. At present there are 2 of us but if anyone would like to join just let me know - it's a way for those who don't wish anyone to know their weight to join in the challenge. If you want to know how to calculate your % I can tell you.0 -
