I did send my weight to fredsnail yesterday but will put it up on here for all to see as everyone else is doing the same, i am a very shameful 17st 2lbs and am 5'8''. I have about 7 stone to lose, hopefully this will spur me on even more to have a good weight loss.£27.76/£2018 in 20180

Was that hunger or more than you needed? Do you feel hungry?
Cant imagine anybody actually being that hungry! ... after leaving subway (the planned meal) sat outside the pizza shop and had the 2 pizzas then (only because i was too embarrassed to go back in and get more pizza) i went to the chinese instead. Not a good evening that! All the sweet stuff was mainly the following morning :-(0 -

a lowly loss of 0.8 lbs this week, but it does take me over the 150lb lost mark :j, the body compo scales are saying i lost another 1% in body fat (3.2 lbs, 18% to go now) and put on 1.5lbs of muscle again :eek: , the exciting bit is my visceral fat dropped by 1 :T:j:T, damn that stuffs a bugg3r to lose
I have found a place in london that will do me a bodpod scan for £30 so I am going to try and sort that out next week, will give me a baseline to compare my scales too.

Glad you still lost something after your bad day puds. Never mind, we all have days where we feel out of control. Last night I ate a load of white bread with butter and jam, sort of a protest against that woman on bbc3 being unhappy with 9st6!! Does anyone know of any good toy shops to get a hoola hoop cheapo? Was thinking as most of my weight is belly and boobs I would give this a go, especially as i can't do any of the hard stuff with my dodgy knee.
Sorry, I'm feeling low atm, don't want me to see my weight, never mind anyone else seeing it..... Sorry if it's a cop out but... well, that's just how i'm feeling atm4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

I know I dont have as much to lose as some people, or I do but they are smaller numbers to start with. but to be honest it's not so much the weight for me as the physical impact - the tyres around my belly, my bingo wings, the fact that i didn't wear shorts once this summer
Also, as I say I am only 5ft2 - which means my 'normal weight' range starts at less than 8stone, so I feel a long way from healthy and being a short person extra weight really does show. If i was 5ft10 I would prob be a lot happier as my weight would be more evenly distributed. Right now i look like someone tried to shove too much meat into a sausage!
you can usually get hula hoops from pound shops or that kind of 'cheap tat' shop if you know what i mean. good idea for some exercise - i had a go on my sister's hula hoop recently and was shocked to discover I can't make it go round any more! embarrassing!!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

oh I hear ya, I'm lucky that my legs aint too bad, so can get away with my shorts. Joys of being a postie. It's all the other bits, especially in the middle :rotfl:
Had my first ATOS healthcare meeting over the phone today about my knee (first stage in medical retirement) and have to do no walking duties until I've seen the orthapaedic surgeon, which could talk a while4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0
