  • I'm a fan of traditional methods. Work out (cardio), and eat good, honest food such as vegetables, fresh potatos and lean meat and the weight will come off. And more importantly, stay off!

vix I bought all my WW mags and recipe books at the car boot sales and saved a fortune, I cut out loads of WW recipes and put it in a book and kept the recipe books ,they are invaluable for ideas or the library can loan them to you:D

I know the principles of weight loss and generally my diet is that way but I like the structure of WW, stops me kidding myself that I'm not cheating or that my portion size is fine.

Dark green and blacks espresso coffee choc, very strong, very intense flavour only a couple of squares here and there other than that no mexican no cheating no other food, the kids bought me a dairy milk choc bar but split it between them and they have woofled it down so that is gone and I don't have to think about it being inthe house:D

Oh and capuchinos, don't even drink coffee always hot bovril or hot lemon but the kids had some at the party the caramel one apparently so they were half price and they begged me to buy the irish coffee one and the mocha one, I got the skinny capuchino one because it has a lot less sugar than the above ones and thoroughly enjoying them with a little bit of espresso choc, seems to be the thing today but other days never touch coffee strange:D
