hiya guys, thought i would pop my head round and say I'm still here. Just been a hectic couple of weeks and have been soooooooooooooo busy. Been off plan with all thats been going on and my 40th last week but resuming normal service after the kids go back to school. Booked into a spa to soak my stress away next weds so will be back all nice n refreshed and ready to continue with my weight loss plan.0

Eric well done on the scales...... :T I'm glad your's make about as much sense as mine :rotfl: my body fat % changes weekly sometimes up and sometimes down. I am still not sure what my ideal % should be but I will keep plodding still.

Not much to report diet wise apart from making homemade waffles this morning and then felt really sick _pale_ might not do that again!! With wholewheat flour, skimmed milk and no fat I thought they would be healthy..... Nice idea while it lasted. I am just starting to get bored of cereal every morning now though :cool:
