Thanks Belle, i know it was just a horrific day all round to be honest, i fell out with a girl 6 months ago and she has made my life hell since..
I also work full time and work on my new music radio show in all the spare hours I have, the BBC made me pull my show yesterday, they basically bullied me into holding it back to give them the exclusive on the particular feature band. I was just so angry but they gave me no choice otherwise the band would have been penalised.
All that on top of the leak was just enough to send me over the edge

Happy Birthday Victory :j
had a good relaxing "me" day. My OH cooked dinner and son in bed early. All things concerned not a bad day:j Target weight loss 2010 30lbs - Weight loss so far 17lbs :j0 -
woohoo i have done it, got on my body composition scales
no idea what the results mean
40.1% body fat
23 visceral fat
26.5% muscle
hmm visceral fat 15-30 is considered very high, i was hoping that would be near normal now after all this time, mind you i could have been 40+ but no way of knowing
oh well looks like the muscle calculating part of it is utter bollacks that is the normal range for a woman 60-80 even thou i have 20" calf muscles with 5mm of fat and 18" biceps with 6mm of fat :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: and im bench pressing 220lbs at the moment, damn there's some pumped strong old birds out there0 -
however the good news it gives me a 40.1% body fat, the top range "healthy" body far for a gezzer is 20% so we can work out a target weight for the very first time
which gives us a target of 263 lbs !!!!! wow that's amazingly heavy for a bloke with the muscle structure of a 80 year old woman
start in jan was 474.4lbs, @ 329.4 lbs i have 40.1% body fat so working on the top end of the healthy range for a gezzer of 20% body fat that take finally gives me a target weight of
263lbs !!! 18st 11111.6kgs, a training weight of 15% body fat takes me to 17st 8, and that's a pretty hard % to keep down to
my goal this year was a loss of 200 lbs (and im on target, just) so at the end of the year i will only have 15lbs more to loose

Hi, good morning. sorry i have not posted in a while, as some of you know i was ill a couple off weeks ago with acute bronchitis/infection. last week my breathing got much worse and i had to go to hospital where i got admitted for 9 days and managed to get out yesterday afternoon. I ended up having acute asthma and pnumonia, have pretty much been tied to a hospital bed as was rigged up to so much, so unfortunatly my health kick has been out of the window the past couple of weeks, eating hospital food but beacause of the steroids have been eating lots of other things that i shouldnt have as had the munchies. also not been able to excercise, have barely been able to walk to the tea trolley without getting short of breath. will be glad when my breathing improves and i can at least go for a couple of walks a day and when i am well enough to be able to cook properly. am going to be off work for at least a week or two. will try to catch up on the thread from where i left it.£27.76/£2018 in 20180
